We have never had our carpets commercially cleaned before; we used our own machine to keep them clean. We don’t have pets, we take our shoes off in the entry, and we clean any spots as they occur so we assumed the carpet was clean enough. However, your advertising led us to believe your method would result in less residue and soil left behind so we decided to try it. As far as we can tell, the carpet is very clean and we assume our house will be healthier. There was one spot we weren’t aware of; Travis tried to remove it but couldn’t, but we were able to cover it with furniture. He also informed us that placing a rug sample by the slider entry had damaged the carpet and made that spot look darker so we will find a different solution to protect that area from tracked in dirt.
Travis was very professional and courteous. He visited with us enough to make us feel valued but not enough to prevent doing his job quickly and thoroughly. He was very careful not to damage anything. Best of all, he had a very positive outlook and said he loves his job. We will recommend your company to all our friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you!

The techs always show up on time, or maybe a little early, which usually is great. They are friendly and the carpets are really clean -- and no odor. The tech we had this time was great as our kitten got out of his crate and we couldn't find him at first. And our old cat went behind the dresser and would not come out. The tech was very good about working around these two cats, keeping an eye out to make sure no one darted to the door. And, our carpet looks great!!
