Friendly, timely and thorough.

The gentleman cleaning my carpets and couch was professional, thorough and explained everything. He was also very mindful of my house when it came to wearing protective shoe covers and putting something in the doorway to help keep the heat in since the hoses prevented it from closing. Once he was done, I did a walk-through with him and pointed out a spot I wanted him to go over again and he did so a couple of times before we realized that it was just my carpet and nothing he could do. Everything came out looking brand new again.

The service was very professional, and Rusty was very polite, and professional. He thinks highly of his company, and before he left he made sure I was happy with the service he gave me. I will use your company in the future and spread the word around of how pleased I am with getting our carpets cleaned by Zerorez.

Ease and affordability of appointments.

I like the fact that they use no chemicals and are a truck unit, rather than a handheld shampooer as those do not extract the water that is deposited on my carpet very well in my experience.

Shawn did an excellent job on the carpet...is about 18 years old and after he was finished, it looked like it was installed within the past few monthe.

We have been using and recommending Zerorez for probably 10 years. We have pets and I have always been impressed that I can take a wet,white cloth and wipe the carpet weeks and sometimes even months after Zerorez cleans and not have a dirty cloth. With other cleaning companies, I could do this test the next day and see the dirt that remained in my carpet. Thank you Zerorez
