I like the product in the service and is in the technician that came out. I have already given Great Feedback. What I don’t like his follow up emails asking for more feedback. That’s irritating.

Seth did the best job l have ever had when it come to cleaning my carpet. Also told me of the other things he could do like cleaning my couch. I will recommend Seth & Zerorez to anyone.

When I used the online services, it was very easy to fill out. The next day I called and spoke to a wonderful woman ( don’t remember her name) . She was very informative & helpful. Said I would be at work but my husband would be home. He sent a text to inform him he was his way. Upon his arrival, he was very professional & got the carpets & stairs done quickly. The next day I went upstairs after the 24 hr dry time. It looked like a brand new carpet. Very clean & fresh. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. Definitely will use you in the future. Technician was great, took the time to explain the process and had us look at the progress as he went through the cleaning cycle. Dried in a short period of time. We were very happy with the service.
