I really like the way my carpets look and feel when you have cleaned them. I really liked the guy that did our carpets this time. He didn't seem in a hurry. He worked the area's well and I felt he did a superior job. I would like to request him next time I use your service. Rick was his name. I always recommend Zerorez to everyone!!
Your method cleans well and does not appear to be as hard on the carpet and sofa. Serevace man worke dhard, knew what he was doing.

I liked that I could make an appointment online. Every associate that I spoke with there after was nice and effiecent. I liked that I was always informed about my appointment time frame. The guys that came and cleaned the carpets were very nice, professional and effiecent and super fast! Our carpets look amazing!! Can't wait to have Zerorez come clean the rest of my carpets!
I am amazed at how well my carpet looks after having them cleaned yesterday with Zerorez techniques!! I think even the technicians were impressed! My carpet is 23 years old and it looks like new!!! I appreciate the professional way they cleaned each room! They took their time and were not rushed! A great big thank-you to Jarom and Mason who out did themselves in trying to please me! I definitely will have them back again! A great company!!

I like that you can clean extra with pet hair and stains. I like that it dries fairly quickly and does not leavea bad smell. I will be having you come out again for sure but he did forget to clean my master closet which hopefully he will do next time he comes out thank you.

I thought it was a little pricey especially with the scotchguard treatment being an extra $30 per area. Technician was professional and carpets look good but feel like I could get same service for less.

You advertise 3 rooms for $79. This averages out to be about $26 per room.
What you don't say is that if the room is slightly bigger than 200 sf it becomes 2 rooms.
You also add a fee for the dirty water. The $26 per room is really $55 per room.
I had 2 rooms that totaled about 600 sf. Another room that was about 210.
In my mind I thought it would be 4 rooms. The tech said it would be 6 rooms.
I even called your office and was told the same.
Although I think your cleaning service is excellent, I think your marketing is deceptive.
Just my opinion, but I'm in marketing and advertising.

Jordan did a great job getting spots out and tolerating kids asking him questions along the way. I appreciated the care that was taken to be clean and protect corners from equipment. Thank you.

Showed up really late. Tech took personal phone calls so much I felt I had to keep the kids quiet for him. Didn't guard the corners and now I have scuffed up molding. Left stairs dripping wet and a puddle on my wood floor underneath. It didn't feel worth the $ at all. Wish I had just rented a rug dr for $35.

My tech Jordan was very well informed, recommended some things. I didn't want to spend an additional amount of money, he was not pushy, he understood. I simply asked him to do the best he could, he did an outstanding job. Thank you! I believe he extended the life of my carpet which I greatly appreciate!

Do not use soap
I was told (or at least understood what I thought I heard) as to the price of what I wanted done. When the guy finished-- and he did do a good job-- I thought I would pass out at the cost he told he I owed. I questioned him about it and told him what the lady on the phone told me. Of course, I understand it wasn't his fault or his problem. BUT.. I thought we agreed on the phone that I would owe $60 after my $25 coupon since I just had my carpets cleaned a few weeks ago by your company. I did have him scotch guard part of the room for $20 extra dollars so I did know that it would be $80. The final bill was $114. I was NOT expecting that at all. I would not have considered your company if I had known it was going to cost that much money. I would have called around and got some other prices if I had thought I was paying that kind of money. It was brand new carpet that I had only had a few weeks and had a grandchild wet his pants on it. I guess I totally misunderstood what the lady on the phone quoted me.
