I called to get some clarification on the charges and was told someone would call back and have never heard from you

Also the service man was to be at our home 9-11. He did not arrive until almost 1:00. He was goo but charged us more for the area I had already explained to the person who took the order. I did call and give measurements to someone. She said they would call back and I have not hear from anyone.

Your machine froze up and my carpet was half cleaned. The appointment should of only taken 45 minutes took over two hours the Technician had to come back and finished which took another hour. Not looking for a discount or anything else some type of compensation would of been nice for the inconvience. Spent my whole day off getting the carpets cleaned.

Your associate that did the job was very professional with his work and his personality was very polite.

I thought David did a great job on our tile. It looks great. He was meticulous.

Use some type of door covering so all the heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer is not let out.

I loved how knowledgeable Rick was about carpet and carpet cleaning. He took the time to explain the process of how Zerorez works. I have already had 2 of my friends make appointments to get their carpets cleaned. I will defiantly use Zerorez for all my cleaning needs.

On the website it looked like a wash was also included with the vent cleaning service. It used to be, but now it is extra. I didn't know that till halfway through the service and it was pretty much too late to add that. Make sure next time that is clarified on the website. I thought everything offered on the website for the duct cleaning was all inclusive.

the cost however for utah county was a shock 150.00 min just
to come to spanish fork did not match what was advertized
on radio and on mailers please tell the people that price
may vary per your location you may service people from odgen
to payson but the cost varies where you live and that is
not right.
