Jacob was one of the most pleasant and professional contractors I've had in my home. While I've never had any complaints about previous vendors, it appears the Zerorez system may in fact be better. They look like a very well run company.

I love the service and the clean carpets. However I am 81 and my husband is 92 and has Parkinson’s disease. I may have to get a different service because we can no longer move the furniture, vacuum, and put it back.

It was just a lot more expensive than I thought it would be. I know the pet treatments were a lot of that. But still , over $900 to get your carpets cleaned? Hard to recommend that. Our technician was super nice though and did a great job.
Zerorez has always been a wonderful carpet cleaner for me but who knew they did area rugs? I recently moved to a condo with no carpeting but only wood and tile floors. I have a large area rug that is wool, so I was very happy when I found out that Zerorez could do my wool rug at my house! Cameron came and did such a great job getting some spots out and also protecting my rug. It looks like new again! I definitely will continue to use them and will share this information with my friends and family.
Our tech Jayce was very patient and helped us figure out all our area rug issues. He did an awesome job. We are very happy with the end result!!
Fix leaky hoses so it doesn't take 2 days to dry

When I make an appointment and y’all know I can’t do afternoon appointment from a previous set appointment, please don’t schedule me in the morning and say you’ll be there abs then come in afternoon and then poor carpet guy has to rush my job so I can go to next appt! He was great but really upset with everything else before and how it was handled , thanks to my carpet cleaner guy he at least showed kindness and he cares, great job
The service & technician were great. I just didn’t expect it to take over 24 hours for the carpet to dry. That’s with fans and space heaters going.

Rep was extremely professional, friendly and did an amazing job! We could eat off our tile it is so clean. I have cleaned my tile before and it took hours/days to fo it by hand so him doing it was quick and worth the extra cost.
