There were stains in my carpet that are no longer there. You guys came quickly and did a good job
Garrett was thorough and left our rugs in great condition.
As I shared with my cleaner, the protectant you applied time before this saved my carpet from bleach stains. I accidentally spilt bleach on my carpet and it came up without staining it but did the dye the towel I used! Grateful it is good for a few years!
The young man Jestin I think it was very friendly and cleaned behind our couch after we moved it!

The technicians were fast, friendly and respectful. They cleaned two area carpets and they look great. We have used them several times and have always been very satisfied.

Appreciated the way the tech offered helpful cleaning info.
When I made my appointment I specifically told the person making the appointment that I was out of town and could not take or make calls. IT seemed fine as we made and confirmed the appointment via text and email. I also explained that the tech would have to text me upon arrival, however I had my son at the house.
On the day of the appointment I did receive the confirmation text that the tech was on his way and I informed my son. My son gave the tech the door code the basement and approved the cleaning of the carpets.
Then I received an email that our appointment was cancelled. After paying someone to move the furniture as I was out of town, I did not appreciate this email since I did everything to be prepared for this appointment, I then had to make an international call to get the tech back. I will be deducting that call from my payment.
My son said there was no way he was there long enough to clean the carpets well. When my housekeepers got there the next morning the carpet was SOPPING wet. So wet they could not reset the apartment. They also sent pictures of spots still on the carpet.
I would never use you again and would never recommend you. I feel I was taken advantage of since I was not at the house and the customer service of receiving a cancellation and then the tech not checking with my son when he was finished was terrible.
Why the carpet was sopping wet the next morning means that the tech used WAY too much water and no spot remover since spots were still on the carpet.
I always pay my bills when they are fair and equitable. Once I have confirmation of how much the international call cost me i will deduct that from the payment. I should not be paying you at all since I will have to have someone else come out and actually clean the carpets.
The carpets are perfectly clean with none of the residue left from normal traditional cleaning. They stay clean much longer as a result.
I hated the up selling. My carpet wasn’t dirty with spots it just had a smell from a small little water leak. I had that cleaned and it still smelled after $120 later.
