The technicians should be more pro-active in determining if the the corner protectors should be used. When my technician was done, I noticed several corner base boards where the hoses were that were black, I did point it out and he came back in and cleaned them off.

Simply the best carpet cleaning company in America. We used Zerorez in Phoenix and now in Provo. Different technicians but the same high quality service. Our technician wore a face mask, and shoe coverings and explained what the was doing and did it.
Great service technicians and my carpets get really clean’
Service was great. Ben was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The only complaint I have is the block of time I had to keep my schedule open (between 11-4pm). It would be helpful if someone could call the day of service and provide a tighter time frame... maybe within 2 hours.
