Our technician really took care to follow Covid safety protocols in our home. He very thoroughly cleaned our carpet. We absolutely love Zerorez and how well our carpets are always cleaned by them. Won’t ever go anywhere else.
The carpet looks and feels so clean. There is no odor and they stay clean!

The service I received from Zerorez was excellent. The technician was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained the process and answered all my questions very thoroughly. My carpets had not been professionally cleaned in about 10 years and they came out looking like new. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their services.
I had them come to take out stains. The stains are all still there and they up charged me 200 dollars. I would like someone to come out and remove the stains and refund the up charge. Thank you.

We were charged 15 dollars for water disposal. Except you just poured it in my gutter. Which, because I'm at the end of the street it doesn't go any where but just sit there. I didn't love that we had to pay for you to dump it in our front yard when all other companies I've used take it with them to dispose the water..
Carpets were clean and soft again. No strong chemical smell.
The product was incredible, I love keeping a small bottle of spot remover in my home between treatments too. I loved the communication and knowing when he was on his way. Great experience all around.

I like that our carpets weren't soaking wet. I liked how they took care of our corners with those plastic protectors. I like that they go over over the job with us. He was a very kind young man.😊
The only thing was when I scheduled it I had a email telling me 25.00 room and you had to do 4 or more rooms. So I told him that and he said ok well you have to spend 165.00 so what else do you want done because your total comes to 115.00. So that is why I jumped on this offer but it seems it wasn't really a good offer after spending 175.00 later. That was the only bummer part. I only wanted to spend 115.00.😒
I like the fact that we do not have chemicals left in our carpets to attract dirt. The young man who came to clean could see that I was an old Senior Citizen. I had moved many items off the carpets, but he removed three more. This pleased me very much! He is a gentleman! Many thanks to him!
I like that I’ve been able to get my carpets cleaned the day after I called to schedule. The fast turnaround time was a godsend. The technicians were knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills.
I like that it’s chemical free and the staff that I’ve worked with have been friendly and easy to work with, both in the call center and service technicians.

I was happy with the cleaning done by Colton, (I think that was his name). The carpets are clean but I was not happy with the pricing. This was presented as a special but previously the living room was counted as one room, the hall as another, with the small den as the third. To count the living room as two rooms is a cheap trick. The protective coating is also much more expensive than in the past. I can get the same service at a better price elsewhere.
I have used Zerorez many times and I’ve always been completely satisfied with their work. Our salesman, William, was very sweet and very thorough and did a great job. Thanks again for your service. The carpet looks great!!
