Great service, thorough cleaning, got all of the pet spots out and it dried quicker than any other cleaning service we've had - BRAVO!
Initial treatment needed to be redone and technician was much more thorough the second time. Not sure if it was just my carpet creating the issue or if the first pass wasn't done correctly. All appears to be good now, though, and Zerorez was quick to resolve and to correct it.
After the cleaning I always test it by wearing white socks around the house. Three pairs of socks have all shown dirty! I think they should have stayed clean for at least a month but these were dirty immediately. The last cleaner used a rotator cleaning brush and my socks didn’t show any dirt for over a month. Anyway at this point I could not recommend you at this point. Sorry. You’re welcome to give it one more chance if you like but at this point I’m not happy with the outcome. Thanks for the follow up.
It was a good deal on the room, hallway and stairs cleaning, but the area rugs were unexpectedly more expensive.
I have recommended Zerorez to several people and will continue to recommend them! My carpet looks so nice - hardvto belive it's 11 years old!!

I enjoyed how easy it is to schedule the cleaning, and my cleaning crew was pleasant and efficient. My biggest problem is that you don't clean the carpets! You run you specialized water through the carpet.
This result, everytime I used you, is that I get pretty lines in my rug, but the dirt is still there. You should advertise as carpet line providers.

The amount of extra dust and debris left on furniture, floors that were under ceiling ducts was extreme. We are spending a lot of time/money cleaning up after this event. No warning about this that this condition would happen. One would assume all the dust and debris would be captured by the cleaning system. Clearly not the case. Now I question if the cleaning process was done correctly. I wasn’t home (my wife was) when this procedure was performed. I’d love a rebate on expenses paid for this. I was about ready to call you for carpets, I’m thinking twice about that. First name removed H

First I believe the tech may have been new, not sure. He went over the carpets very fast and I did not see one bit of difference. We have used Zerorez several times and this is the first bad experience. We have a rental in our basement in which the carpet is soiled were the sofa used to be. I asked him to go over it again but really didn't make a difference. I called Zerorex while the tech was still here and they said something about the carpet fibers being worn down. The carpet is not in bad shape. I believe it should have come a lot cleaner.

Carpet looks old and faded!
I hired Zerorez initially for the purpose of removing pet odor from my carpets, due to my recently deceased cat. While not a guarantee, I paid $120 to have the odor eliminator applied to my carpets. No noticeable cleaner air could be detected, so Zerorez graciously offered to return. Upon return one week later, I was told I could not, in fact, have the odor eliminator applied once again without be charged an additional $120. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but that was the entire reason for requesting a re-do on my carpets. Therefore, the odor still remains.

Will, the technician was awesome! I felt like he was very thorough and both describing his work and accomplishing the work. The only challenge is that steaming tile left white residue all over my dark brown grout and so I had to do my own cleaning and scrubbing afterwards.
