Scheduling a visit was very easy and I was given a date 2 days out. I was kept in the loop as the day progressed and was called when the technician was about 45, then 15 minutes out. Colton arrived on time. He was clean and neat and masked. He explained the services and we discussed my options. He went right to work. He went above and beyond. Quick and efficient. He left the house clean and nearly dry. That was a week ago. The carpet dried quickly and there was no crunchy feel or residual smell. The carpet is soft and fresh and though its about 20 years old, it looks pretty spiffy. I was planning on replacing it this year, but now I think I may be able to push it out, maybe 5 years with yearly cleaning. Good job, Colton! I would recommend Zerorez very highly from this, my first time using them.

My carpets always look great and stay clean for a long while. Other places we have tried have come in and cleaned looked great for a while, but started to look dingy after a short time. With Zeroez we don't have that problem.

Efficient, friendly, knowable service, my carpets look great.

The rep that came to clean our carpets did the best job ever! He did the best job cleaning of all the rep's that have come before. He went over the traffic areas that were extra dirty several times and it really made a difference. We were very impressed with the job he did. You need to give him a raise....he represents the company well.

I’m not impressed with one of the bedrooms. After it dried it still looks dirty. My stairs were really soaked, and they hav erec a hint of brown to them.

Hunter was very helpful, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions as to what might work better. Once the decision was made, he went to work and got the carpet cleaned. When he was finished, he explained what we needed to do and the drying time.

The carpet is only slightly cleaner than it was before we used the service. Not sure empowered water is good enough to really clean. I will be going back to Chem dry.
