I couldn't begin to tell you how happy we are with the service of Zerorez! Our carpet looks fantastic after the wonderful technician Jacob Rogers, worked so hard to clean our home. Jacob treated our home with such respect. He treated us the same. We enjoy the process of Zerorez because the carpet isn't as wet as with other services. The carpet smells good and looks so good. We have never had such great service in our home. Jacob Rogers is the most pleasant technician we have had with Zerorez. He went through everything with us regarding our carpet. We were told about the process, the total bill and what he would do to help us. He definitely filled all of the items he was working on. Jacob was very professional in all he accomplished. Getting our carpet cleaned was such a pleasant experience. Thank You Zerorez, you rock!

PS: Toward the end of the service Mr. Rogers experienced an equipment malfunction! He made several attempts to rectify the problem, disassembling and reassembling several times until he finally solved the problem. Having been in the service business myself for over 50 years, I was impressed with his tenacity and effort. It goes without saying Mr. Rogers is a Credit to your company!

We had our carpet cleaned on Saturday and looking at the hall today( Sunday ) it is still not clean. Your tech was only here a very short time unlike the tech who did our cleaning we had done in October.

The pre treatment and the protectant price was way more then we expected....Quoted price was $225 final bill ended up at $700, lots of extra fees. I hope the protectant really lasts 10 years.

The employee worked very hard. I was not happy about the price on cleaning the shower. Also I scheduled before Halloween to get fourth room free which never happened

They do a thorough job of cleaning and it doesn’t soil quickly afterwards because products are not left in your carpet. They come back free of charge if you are ever not satisfied.

The speed, the quality of work, and the price.
Technicians listen to me. When I ask them to stay away from the wood furniture and baseboards so excess water is not soaked up into the wood, they are amenable. They also ask questions to clarify my instructions.
Our carpet is about 12 yrs old. A small home. We had cleaned about 5-6 yrs ago. A week later looked like it did before we had it cleaned by one of the top carpet cleaners of America! My wife said one day we need new carpet, i said for the little bit of carpet we have, it’s sad just the two of us. It should last another 10yrs!!! So I called Buddy that installs carpet. I said hey Scott who is a good carpet cleaner? He gave me a few names then he said hold on, have heard of Zero water? I said no. He said I have heard a few people speak highly of them. 3 weeks later I have almost new carpet again!!!!
