Looks good, smells clean
The technician was prompt, courteous and honest. He checked labels are recommended not cleaning sofa and love seat because of fabric content. I truly appreciate his service.

The tech was a wonderful person. The person was very receptive to adding the stairs to the project which, I was very grateful for. What I'm ticked off about is the "biological" aspect. The short of it, is I feel like that was a rip off. I could have skipped it. The biologicals were still there after all was said and done. Not happy about that. I also think it should be mentioned that the carpet will take 4 to 6 hours to dry. That was a surprise to me. Up until now, I've always cleaned my own carpets and, typically, I'm able to suck most of the water out. I'm not happy about the quality.

The technician was fine; however, I paid $120 to get the non-guaranteed pet odor out, and I can still smell the pet odor just as strongly as before the solution was ever applied! That was actually the whole reason I wanted my carpets cleaned at this time.

Technician was very nice and efficient.
It did take about 24 hours for my carpet to dry completely…had the furnace fan on and the windows open.
No soapy residue left in the carpet after getting them cleaned.
They actually work! We had a subfloor cleaning done in three spots and afterwards, you couldn't smell the dog pee any more! I've used Zerorez many times and they never disappoint.

They was on time and very courteous. Carpets looked clean. Took quite a while to dry.
They missed cleaning our carpet in the middle of our living room. It looks bad because everything looks clean except a strip right in the middle that was missed.
My carpet had lines and sploches of brown after it was cleaned. They sent a person back to clean again. Looked fine until it dried. My stairs still have marks. I replaced the carpet in the living room. Not much you can do at this point. Won't risk the carpet again.

I have always been very pleased with the out come of clean carpets after Zerorez has been to my home.
This last cleaning was not up to the standards that I have expected from Zerorex.
The spots in my carpet ( Front room, family room) are still apparent after the initial drying time. These spot should have come out in the traffic areas. The main bedroom traffic area is still a little dark. I did drop some hair color on the carpet in the bedroom and did not expect the stain to come out but, I did expect the traffic area to look a lot better than it does. The front room Stairs took almost three days to dry.
I have very nice carpet and did expect a different outcome than what I received!

I want super impressed with the results. Some of the carpet still seems dirty and like it could've been better. There wasn't any kind of a clean smell either and was more like a dirt smell.
The results were better than I expected, and I was expecting a lot.
The technician wasn’t too professional. He didn’t wear a mask when the website said he would. He asked husband if there were and specific stains, but then when shown them said they were too difficult. It was also overall very expensive and I don’t think we will pay the money in the future.
Technician was clean, well spoken, and efficient. He was also honest about the one place that wouldn’t get as clean, but we knew that going in. Fabulous job!
My carpets did not turn out clean, the tech rushed through the entire home. Once they left there was oil spots all over my driveway from the van. Very very disappointed in the service and quality of work that was done definitely not work it for sure.
