We just had a little difficulty getting the proper receipts & free protectant order.

professional, reasonable, and my carpets look great!
left carpet really wet; left stairs dirty, left spot. Had to call them back and the techs talked to our tenants and told him there was nothing they could do and left before I could get there even though I said I was coming. They were called back again and the techs just argued with me how it was our fault or there was nothing they could do. They argued against cleaning anything again, including the super wet carpet. They even admitted "we dumped like a gallon of anti-bacterial" and then tried to blame the wet carpet on a leak. (And, the return techs said one of the previous guys was in training and didn't know what he was doing/saying.)
Finally, they recleaned 2 of the areas. AND, the stairs (for which we paid $60 dollars!), were MUCH cleaner and that wet carpet that was "our fault" was fine after they recleaned. They basically refused to reclaim the stain saying it was much larger because now they cleaned the carpet and so it shows up more.
If there's "nothing zerorez can do about dirty carpet and stains AND you are the most expensive cleaner, why would we ever call you and/or recommend you. At this point, I would go out of my way to warn my neighbors to not use zerorez. Really disappointing.
I felt comfortable with the nice, polite boy who did our carpets. I told him that he reminded us of our grandson. He did a great job and we were very happy with our service.
We like EVERYTHING!! It really is the best!! Our techs were amazing: Sooo personable and accommodating! Couldn't have asked for better!!

Your low price coupons are deceiving. We paid a lot more than the coupon suggested. Find a better was to advertise that is not just a "caught your eye" bargain but more honestly reflects what we will pay. Your service is good but you almost lost me a as a customer when they stated the final price.

My carpets were cleaned exceptionally well. The gentleman that did the work was right on time and went right to work cleaning. He did a very good job. I would recommend him again.

It took many more hours than expected for the carpet to dry. I thought that Rodrigo was very nice and did a mostly good job. He got through much faster than I remembered it taking before. Seven hours later when we were going to bed, our bedroom carpet (which he did first) still felt a bit damp when we walked in our stocking feet. It was dry by morning, but we wondered if he had either used too much water, or did not vacuum up enough of what he put down. That may mean that more of the dirty water remains in our carpets, which causes a bit of concern.
No residue or crunchy carpet left after the service.
The service was wonderful! From those that answered the telephone to the technician. All were friendly helpful and professional. My carpet looks amazing. I am very happy. 😊
The technician Benjamin May was very capable even making the finished carpets look like a work of art. He was energetic and thorough.
