The cleanliness of the carpets without residue. I liked how Greg estimated & claimed what cleaning & sealing could do for our kitchen stonework floor, without any pressure to doing it right away.

I chose Zerorez because I like the idea of not having the soap residue left in the carpet to attract dirt. The carpet looks very clean and dried quickly. All of the employees from the schedulers to the operator were courteous and helpful.

The technician that came out and cleaned my carpets was so awesome… I've use your resin the past and have never had such a good job done… I think his name was Dan
He was kind of an older guy but was so thorough and really took pride in his work… He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and you could tell he really was dedicated to making sure customers were taken care of

I don't know that I am disappointed but not 100% satisfied. I feel overall the dirty traffic areas are lighter and that is good but. There were several small stains that don't look any different than before except now a few of the small stains are actually crusty feeling so I wonder really how well the system works on stains. That said the guy who did our carpets was very professional and explained everything and answered all my questions. He was awesome! I guess my husband and I are weren't wowed.

We love Zerorez. They work very hard to make sure that our carpets are clean and for the most part when they leave, the carpets are fairly dry and we are able to put our furniture and rugs back in place.
