My carpets are very clean with pet and food stains removed. I love the fact that dirt paths don't reappear just weeks after my carpets have been done compared to other companies who have cleaned my carpet in past years. The men who come from Zerorez are professional and helpful. I won't let any other company clean my carpets except Zerorez.

Technician arrived on time, very professional, knowledgeable, brought all of his equipment into the house, completed Negative Air Cleaning of my home HVAC system which had never been done since moving into the new home in 2007. After he was finished he showed me the amount of dirt accumulated. He also suggested and installed a Whole house air purifier with no sales pressure. Answered any questions I had. Cleaned up any dirt on the floor before leaving.

They work! I can see a change in the carpets that I don't see when we use a more portable cleaner. Zerorez gets out the deep dirt.

The technician was very friendly and informative. He worked really hard and got the job done quickly. I like that my carpet dried so quickly and there was no damp smell. He was able to get a cooking oil stain that had been drizzled up my stairs and had been there for 9 months! Thank you!!!

the cost was very high, I paid over $400 dollars for the main level of my home. Also the carpets were left very wet. It took 24 hours for some areas to dry.

Train your rep on how to hit every carpet fiber and not just brush over it quickly and miss spots. He also said it'd dry in an hour when it took all day and night to dry. We don't care it took so long, just sont say it will dry in an hour when it takes 10hrs.

Ricardo was excellent and very polite and informative of the process. He was great to work with and if he is the typical representative of your company, we will most definitely use Zerorez again.

I love how you can actually SEE the crap coming out of your carpet when they work on it... It always smells so fresh and clean when they're done.
