Cleaned effectively

My drying time was not 6-8 hours, they finished cleaning at 1:00 pm and my living room still was not dry the next morning. The technicians did a good and were very polite.

When we called to schedule we specifically asked if it was steam cleaned. Our carpet was stretching and we needed to have it steam cleaned to shrink the fibers. We were told yes it is a steam cleaning process and it was not. Do not lie to a customer just to make the sale.

Here is how I feel about your company - your $29. price per room is a bait and switch - I paid $29. to do a very small front room - then you charged me $20. to do a small hallway - $15. to do very small landing at the bottom of the stairs - and what really irritated me was you charged me $65. to do an synthetic rug that was 5' x 8' - you charged me $10. to move a Love Seat - which seems crazy. Then it was more attempts to up sell me on ridiculously high priced protectants for everything - then, you wanted $60. to clean a love seat. Had I done everything your Tech wanted me to do - I would have spent $500. rather than less than $100. That I planned on spending. Needless to say - I am not a satisfied customer and I will tell all my friends, neighbors, and acquaintances what an unscrupulous company you are. You certainly have lost me as a customer.

Corey Spade id our carpets and a couch. He worked very hard and tried to do all we asked of him. The work he did looks very nice.

I had pet treatment done and it was wet for a good 12hrs after, would've scheduled differently had I known.
Also, the smell (not certain it was the dog urine, but the disinfectant?) still lingers (4 days later).
Technician was GREAT though, very nice and professional.

Roy was amazing. Besides cleaning the chair and tile he also went over almost the entire house again after it being done just 3 weeks prior by Zerorez. I guess the big disappointment here is that I always use Zerorez and to have such a lousy job done the first time really rocks my confidence.

I like the quick dry time and the emphasis on not using lots of chemicals. The price for carpet cleaning is good too.

I really appreciated the effort your company made to let me know when to expect the visit. I also thought that the tech (Eric) did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets in a very reasonable amount of time. He was courteous and professional in his actions. I already have recommended Zerorez to others and would certainly not hesitate to do so again in the future.

This is the best carpet cleaning service out there. My carpets have never been so clean! It leaves your carpet soft, not crunchy like some other companies because their cleaners don't leave behind a residue! I will absolutely be a life long customer
