Quick in and out. Protective wall and furniture covers. Estimates didn't change. I had a small throw rug that I took to the dry cleaners they said this is a job for carpet cleaners. Zero charged me 5 dollars. I will call them back next year.

My carpet looked beautiful when the technician finished, and they were pretty bad. The technician was polite and informative and fast!

I'm so sad about the spots that have emerged on my carpet after the cleaning. Places that didn't have any noticeable problems now have huge yellow stains. I believe they are pet stains and was told that zerorez doesn't guarantee any pet stain removal so there is nothing I can do but the carpet actually looks WORSE after having it cleaned. Is there any way to have these spots worked on? I already asked to have a technician to come out again to deal with a different issue and I don't want to be THAT customer but I'm just not sure who else could do the job. I've tried other carpet cleaning companies and they are just not as good. Please help? I'm very embarrassed by these two stains that have shown up.
I have good experiences with Zerorez but my recent experience was exceptional. Benjamin was very professional and my carpets looked better than they ever had before (including previous zerorez cleaners). He took the time to do an exceptional job and was professional and thorough and my carpets in every room look fantastic . I will be asking for him specifically the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Thank you! Cheri C.
Two Things My carpet was still damp after 24 hrs in some spots Secondly the young man? said he wouldn't charge for my hall way since my rooms were small, because we didn't clear out furniture. But I was charged for it
The technician was very professional and did a better job than I expected. He took the time to do it right. Had I known how my carpet would have looked I would have had it cleaned a long time ago. I have always been hesitant to have carpet cleaned but after this experience I will be calling them again and again.

First of all the business is run so very professionally. I was contacted at every turn to make certain I was made aware of schedules, and the details of my cleaning job. The young men arrived on time, with a call was extended when they were on their way. Both were polite, and kept me informed of all that was going on. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends! The operators at the business when I call were so helpful and pleasant.

Eric (our technician) was excellent - He arrived exactly when he said he would, he was thorough in determining our needs and how we wanted things done, and he did a beautiful job. Our carpets look great, our couch and chair look better than they have in years, and we are completely pleased with all he did. He worked hard was professional and pleasant.
