The job was too big for one man! He was here 6 1/2 hours which was too long for me, and he didn't even get to finish the job two rooms were not done b/c by 8:30 I WAS DONE
Our carpets looked very clean, but they remained wet far too long. The technician finished around 12:30 pm on a Friday and said they should be dry in 6-8 hours. On Saturday morning they were still slightly damp. We were able to move most of the furniture back into the rooms by noon on Saturday (24 hours later), but the stairs and a corner of a bedroom were still wet. By Sunday morning (45 hours after cleaning) we had to set up area fans to finish drying the carpet. As I said before, the carpets appeared to be very clean, but because they remained wet so long, we had no choice but to walk on them. I worry that we just dirtied them all over again, especially on the stairs. I have other carpets I planned to have them clean, but I'm hesitant to use Zerorez or recommend them because of the drying time.

While I already left a review, I received this Email offer a day later and I would like to tell you again how very much I enjoyed my first Zerorez experience. I have heard your ads for years on KSL radio and knew that I wanted to try your company. I have owned my own Bissel carpet cleaner and while it does a good job, I never get a clean water rinse. It's always mixed with soapy water! Benjamin, the gentleman who came to my home was great, explaining every step of the process and very courteous and careful while in our home. He cleaned one half of my stairs to show me the difference and WOW. It's crazy how we get used to seeing the dirty carpet and forgetting that it used to be much lighter! He also let me know of other opportunities such as stain protection, but was not high pressure at all. I am so happy with our results and I look forward to the next time already. My family have been over to visit and have all remarked about how bright and clean the house feels now. Thank you Zerorez!!

Once again you exceeded my expectations. My newer carpeted rooms look beautiful, but my old carpeted playroom that was a mess looks amazing. I was very impressed with the work done to remove all the stains etc. from kid spills and mishaps. Was not expecting it to look so clean.

Glenn was the gentleman who came and did the work at our home. No only was he courteous, but also he was very good at the job. He took the time to explain every aspect of his operation and then did an outstanding job. He was industrious and made sure that everything was cleaned to perfection. We could not be more satisfied. I know I get the after treatment but the carpet seems to stay nice for a longer time
The technician talked me into paying for a product to put on a spot on my carpet in the bathroom. He guaranteed it would clean the spot if I paid the extra $75 for a gallon, and if I didn't, he couldn't guarantee it would come out. $75 is a lot to pay, but I did. It has been 5 days and all it did was make my carpet smell really bad in that spot. It wasn't smelling before he came. It is smelling up my whole basement. I had my carpets cleaned Saturday morning and the carpets were still damp on Monday morning, 48 hours later. The basement still smells like wet carpet and it's Wednesday. I think he must have put way too much water on the carpets and not sucked the water out correctly. I had Zerorez clean my carpets in the past and I was satisfied, but I won't use you again. I contacted Zerorez, and made an appointment for the technician to come back on Thursday after 4:00 pm. I have received a call saying they have me scheduled in the morning at 9:30. I work and won't be home, that is why I scheduled for afternoon. They said I would have to wait until next week. I can't do that, because I need this fixed asap.
Pay better attention. I asked the guy to not let my cat out and he left the door wide open.

The equipment used was big, bulky and didn't do a good job cleaning corners, along the edges, around appliances, the 3-4 inches of 'foot space' underneath kitchen floor cabinets. Doing a walk through across my tile floors immediately after the service was a bit deceptive, the tile and grout looked cleaner but being not completely dry it concealed areas that were missed because everything looked damp. It wasn't until the next day when everything dried that I was able to immediately notice the areas that were missed. Quality for the price, disappointing.

We really liked that you use materials that are environmentally friendly/ safe for kids and pets. Your technicians were friendly, prompt, and knowledgable. Our carpet looks great and it smells great in here!
The carpets are really clean after and I like the fact that there's less soap used, and they dry faster.
