Your technicians are kind, professional and explain the options and the process in detail. They are quick, but very thorough with the cleaning. They pay extra attention to high traffic areas and don't just swipe over the extra dirty spots just once or twice. They make sure it's done well. I love how my carpet doesn't stay wet for days and days. It dries quickly and is so soft to walk on. My carpet stays cleaner longer since I've been using Zerorez.

Since I am handicapped, I particularly appreciate your technicians helpful, kind and considerate service. Also, I like the deep and thorough cleaning they did on my carpets.

Everything and everybody was great from booking the appointment to finishing the job. The on site crew did a great job of explaining all that they were doing from the matching of the cleaning to the type of carpet to why the furniture needed service, as well. I would not hesitate to call Zerorez the next time we need our carpet cleaned.

I have no complaints about your process/technician quality, but your scheduling procedure proved to be cumbersome, frustrating & error-prone. It took 3 phone calls [all from me] to secure a service time. In the first call you substituted a 5 for a 1 in my phone #, so nothing happened and no attempt was made to look up the [listed] number under my name. My second call promised a return confirmation call from a second party, which never came. My third call informed me that I had a service date at a time YOU selected, not me, which I accepted because I was tired of being jacked around by your needlessly complex scheduling procedure.

It is fast and veyr clean when you finish. The tech. was nice.

Above and beyond service and quality!! Will recommend again. My carpets look so much newer.

The office service had some hiccups.
1. I would have liked MORE info on the timing of appointments at my first call.
2. I did not appreciate the failure of the office' ability of changing their assigned appointment time to fit my needs. I felt I was given the run around, told it would be earlier on Saturday, and then on appointment day was told of a different time and then the carpet cleaner arrived even later.

THIS PROBABLY DOESN'T EVEN MATTER BECAUSE NO ONE WHO CARES WILL READ THIS AND ATTEMPT TO DO THINGS ANY DIFFEENT.

Your service man was extremely good and helpful. He worked very hard and made my tile look great and my carpet smell better after visiting dogs had left their marks.

Friendly efficient

Last time you did a great job and spent over 3 hours doing all the areas. This time he spent almost 45 minutes, would not do all the areas and said we needed to pay more. The next day it looked terrible. Then we called and were given the run around, had to call back and finally got the manager who will fix it but is sending the same guy. I want it done right and NOT by the same guy.

Time was scheduled between 2-4. Tech didn't come till 5:30. I had to give him direction and then leave to take my son to football. By the time I got back 30 minutes later he was done, packed up and leaving already. There is no way a thorough job was done. The carpet didn't look any cleaner. The pet scent formula made it smell better but after it dried, it still smells.

I signed up for 3 rooms and a hallway promotion with pet scent care for $99. The tech said that there was no note of the hallway therefore my living room with hallway would count as 2 room. So in order to get the spaces completed I needed to pay for an extra room. Additionally the pet care that I put in from the beginning of the request was now an additional $150. Imagine my surprise to have an almost $300 charge.

We've had you clean the same carpet twice now, and the same spots still show. Also, we are getting our home ready to sell and have had a lot of painting done. We had your guys here last week to clean our basement carpet. Later that day I noticed a chip out of the wall going downstairs. One of our newly painted walls. I had to have the painter come back and fix the spot and repaint it. I'm not sure how impressed I am with zerorez. I'm not sure I would use you again, so obviously I couldn't feel good about recommending you to a family member or a friend.

No one talked to me about products or other services other than carpet cleaning.

I love the technicians we have worked with. We requested Jimmy Prince this time, and the were told it wouldn't work with his schedule but then found he was able to do it for us...so YAY!
