Our carpet looks clean.

Good quality all around.

I am sure most of the dirt was removed, yet I was expecting to have my carpets feel like new based on the advertising from KSL Radio. However, they feel the same as before cleaning.

I’m super disappointed with the service I received. This company came in highly recommended from several friends and family. We had our carpets cleaned on Friday. And still tonight on Sunday they are soaking wet in some areas. And those areas are now DIRTY because it’s in a high traffic area and should have been dry yesterday. And overall they don’t look much better then they did before. It was a huge financial sacrifice to get this done and it was NOT worth the service we received. I could have probably done a better job and saved myself $600.

I love how the carpet just feels clean and knowing there isn't any soap residue is huge. There was a stain on my carpet that I had resigned myself to never getting cleaned, but the guys are zerorez cleaned it up no problem.

He did a pretty good job, but forgot to do the landing step out side the laundry room door after doing the whole laundry room. The carpet stayed wet for a longer time than I expected, some spots were still wet the next morning

Fast drying time and friendly customer service

They were more than willing to come back and address my concerns over some pet oders that we were concerned with.

I got an appointment right away. The technitians worked hard and put extra effort in to clean my carpet and upholstery.

The carpet looked great! The technician was very nice and friendly.

All in all very good. It only took the two young gentleman 45 minutes to do my whole place. Maybe have them consider slowing down a bit and making sure it's 100% clean, for those of us that have OCD and are clean freaks.

The price was right. Would recommend to others and I will be using them again.

Service is great. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Your service man called, giving the time he would be at the property ( it is a rental property, I do not live there). He was right on time. He told me when he would be finished as I was not able to wait while he did the work. Again, he was right on time. The carpets looked good when he was finished. He offered some additional product for the carpeting but, since it is a rental and the
carpet will probably be replaced soon, I declined the additional product. He did not pressure me
to purchase it. I will use your services again.
Also, your receptionist helping me set up the service was very helpful and pleasant.
