I am very happy with how clean the carpet it, how quickly it dried and with the efficiency, knowledge and work ethic of the technician.
I thought I was getting the special of 33$ per room...I paid a lot more. Little frustrated!

I was so happy with the carpet and couch cleaning I received from Zerorez! The technician helping me was friendly and thorough, making sure I was happy before he left. He was knowledgeable about what kind of cleaning would be most helpful for the type of couches we have and communicated with me to make sure I was informed. My carpets are 19 years old. I have only had Zerorez clean them. Today they still look clean I will never trust anyone to clean my carpets. Even the area rugs I have had cleaned look like new.

Give a special for homes in the Tooele area
After the carpet was cleaned there was a spot still on the carpet. He had to come back to get it off. Also there were some areas of the grout that were not as clean as othe areas.
Your people worked efficiently were knowledgeable about their work. If possible I would have the seasoned worker return, the trainee seems to have the potential of being an excellent employee also

They were very courteous and willing to go over some tricky spots for us.
Got charged $130 for 20 minuets worth of work. 60.00 to clean 10 stairs, just cleaned top serface of stairs and not carpet between each individual stair. Oh and damaged the paint on my wall, still waiting to hear back repair of wall. Called and expressed my concerns and got treated like a freeloadier who just wanted something for free, which I assure you is not the case, I just want to get what I pay for

Angelo was fantastic! He listened carefully to all of my concerns as we walked around our house. He was very careful to avoid scuffing the walls or furniture with his hoses, and he paid extra attention to getting old spots out from our previous owners. Thanks to him and Zerorez our carpets are in great shape again.

The guy didn't put the furnace cover back on after he cleaned the vents. The air conditioner wouldn't work and it took me awhile to figure out what was wrong. It just makes me wonder if he forgot that how god of a job he really did.
