They work well. The carpets look like new.
Although a little more expensive than I was expecting, I needed extra products due to the stains that were assessed in my house. The technician was very knowledgable about the types of stains and what the best soluions were and gave me tips for future stain removal. The technician was very pleasant and friendly, easy to understand and was clear on the costs and reasons for the increase in the initial cost. My carpets look great!!! I'm planning to call again for my downstairs once I get it cleared out! Thanks!!

Carpet still smells and I paid $400+
If we had any questions, the representative answered our questions. He was also helpful to move some of the furniture that was very heavy for my husband. I like that it does not take so long to dry.

The technician was very accommodating and quick. I appreciate that your techs use foot coverings for their feet and guards to protect the corners of the walls.

The technicians were prompt and courteous. They explained everything they were doing. I liked the fact that no soap or chemicals were used which attract dirt.
Options
We had 4 rooms cleaned and all of it looks great, except one small area in our family room. I re-vacuumed the area to see if it would lighten-up like the rest of the carpet, but it didn't. There are only two of us in the house so the carpet doesn't get that dirty and we have it cleaned by Zerorez every 6 months. It seems odd that this one area is darker than the rest of the carpet.
