The guy cleaning our carpets was knowledgable and kind. I love how clean he got my daughter's recliner chair and rug. It saved us from having to throw it out. My carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently. When the times comes to clean them again, because I have kids, I will defiantly call Zerorez again. Thanks guys!

My carpets always turn out beautifully with Zerorez. And they often have good offers to take advantage of for carpets and vents. Generally, I can schedule with them whenever I need my carpets done, however it is challenging around any holiday. The technicians are always friendly and the office staff that schedule appointments are professional and helpful. I highly recommend Zerorez to others.

The reason we went with you is you claim that your water doesn’t leave residue and that you don’t need to flood the carpets therefore the carpets dry faster. I was told by the tech that cleaned the carpet that it would dry in 4-6 hours and we are going on 30+ hours and our carpets are still damp and there’s a mildewy smell. There were even spots in our dining room that had a soapy residue. Completely opposite of what you advertise. Someone came and dropped off a fan after we called to complain but that is so loud and only works on one area. My husband called and I guess another tech is coming out to re-do the cleaning but that’s not for another 2 days. So my house is chaos with our whole first floor’s furniture in the garage and kitchen. It’s a total inconvenience! There is no way I would ever recommend or use your company in the future.

Your technician talked to me about what he was going to do. He wore shoe covers in the house. We walked the house together. He talked to me about the products he would be using and what was agreed upon on the phone. Did a great job. The carpets seemed wet when he left. With the windows opened the carpets were dry in about 4 to 5 hours.
When the person who cleaned my carpet came into the house. He said he could smell pets. He used his ultraviolet light to show me where my cats had accidents. I was shocked. He then said my rooms would need to have the special treatment at $75.00 per room. My bill went from $210 to $588. Needless to say I was shocked, but needed to do it because of the "mess". I had never had anyone tell me my house smelled. Now I have the residual smell of the product he used. Which I can't stand. I wish I had never called your company!!
