Chase was wonderful he cleaned 3 rooms, a hallway, and a sofa in about an hour and a half. Everything looks great. I will ask them back next time I need clean carpets.
Paulo Garrido was excellent. He turned a very filthy carpet, with pet stains, into something livable.
Super nice guy, even offered to help me move stuff into my new condo when he pulled up.

There were 3 stains that they were able to get out with no problems or special treatments! The carpet looks brand new!

The quality of carpet cleaning with Zerorez is so superior to any other service we used before we found them, that we wouldn't consider another company. No residue, no spots reappearing, no need to call them back ever!
Everything went smooth, and they did a great job on my carpet. My only complaint is they left my garage door open. That is how I had let them in, and when I returned later, the door was still open. No problems though, just seemed odd, as they might have called if they were unsure what to do.

Friendly and fair service
Lucas cleaned our carpets on Monday - the entire upstairs. I am so happy with how the carpets look, and happy with the customer service that we received from Lucas, he was patient with our dog and our 4 grandkids, always had a smile, and worked super hard.
