What our clients think of us!

Fast service. Great cleaning.

I had told the girl when I called that we had pet stains and I needed the tech to bring the black light. He assured me that they would. He got here and said someone had taken his black light so he just put the stuff all over the carpet. I would still like to be checked by the black light. I am not convinced this did the job. so I am unhappy about that.

I am VERY pleased with: 1. How clean my carpet was after years of abuse 2. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells, which you do not use - the citrus prep was refreshing. 3. Was impressed with how quick the process was. 4. Drying time was short & sweet 5. Indeed, your name Zerorez, is tried & true with me = when I vacuumed after, very little rez was sucked up. 6. You did good with your employee, Peter. He was friendly, professional, told me what would happen, & answered all my questions. 7. I will now donate to the D.I., my Bissel carpet cleaner === never to be used again !!! You have a customer for life.....

Matt was wonderful! He worked Hard, he was fast and very helpful and considerate. Thank you!

The gentleman (Adam) that came to do the cleaning was very professional, kind and respectful. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond what I had asked him to do. I will always choose Zerorez!

Great Technician. Professional service. Will recommend to friends and family.
Thanks for the great service.

Quality of service and products

Carpets look great!

Like the fact that carpet remains soft when it dries. Dries quickly.

Great cleaning job, but i’m concerned about how the carpet buckled and won’t go down.

There is no cleaning solution odor. The technicians are thorough and do an excellent job. They are careful and don't go slamming around with the equipment. Our technician had such a fun personality; it was fun to talk with him.

Professional and got my stains out

Very polite and hard working. He took the time to explain stuff to us and extra time to clean tough spots, no smell and residue free. Thanks.

on time, friendly, carpets looked amazing, didnt take a long time, carpets didnt feel crunchy after

I submitted this reply earlier.

I have used another cleaning service in the pastbut Zerorez was the superior product. Carpets looked and felt cleaner. I am very happy with the result.

Lots of hype in the ads but the carpet just didn’t seem to come nearly as clean as with other standard steam cleaning companies.

Very effective results
Super tech guy!

The carpets look great!!! The gentlemen that worked at my house were so kind and friendly.

The technicians were very friendly and informative about your service. The carpets look great

Great job on our carpets! We did the equivalent of 5 rooms. They took out so much dirt even before they cleaned. Great price, friendly service. First time with Zero res and we're hooked.

Tech was very respectful and kind. Carpets were cleaned well

Gets it clean and keeps it clean. My carpet is 15 years old and still looks great

You don't leave residue in the carpets. It seemed to dry fairly fast. The technician was friendly and gave me a discount off of what i had submitted which I was grateful for. He was prompt and talked to me about what i could do to keep my carpets clean. I would use zeroes again in the future.

The tech wasn’t the most personable person I’ve ever met

Nothing

RILEY WAS G-R-E-A-T! He was thorough, explaining everything, professional, clean, helpful, and everything I hoped for. ZeroRez was recommended in our HOA meeting by some of the residents. Next time, I will add my endorsement. Thank you so much. Jo

Have the person who cleans have the same figures we were quoted online.

Carpet is very clean and soft now
