Zerorez does a great job on carpets. I have used them for a few years now
Friendly employee who took the time to explain and educate me on the processes that helped clean our carpet. The carpets also turned out incredible! Family members commented that they look brand new once again.
Along with the carpet cleaning, we paid an additional $450 to clean our slate tile floor in the kitchen, hoping to be able to reseal the slate after your visit. After everything dried we found grime on the floor, and some food in spots that we were able to scrape off with our fingernails. In one spot we had a foam rubber floor mat and it had left a rubbery residue behind which wasn't cleaned off. In short we are left a bit disappointed with having to hand scrub these areas after your visit. The tech was great, kind, and courteous, I suspect it to be more of a limitation of the equipment maybe? Needless to say, for $450 and still having to hand scrub, I am sad to see the money go, especially when I had hoped the service would have saved me the time and trouble which it did not.

We all know, you get what you pay for. And what you’re paying for at Zerorez is top notch service and products! Their customer service is unbeatable. The Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And the products are non-invasive but super effective. You may be able to pay less somewhere else but you’ll also receive much less!
Like the service and once some area of the floor was missing , so he came back to redo it so I am very please with this service.

We have had our carpet serviced by Zerorez a couple of times. The first time I was dubious that they could make the carpet look like new. It was bad. The service man really worked on it and it didn't quite look like "new," but I was VERY impressed.This time I might have had too high of expectations. The carpet looked good when the service man left, but today-now that it's dry-the traffic spot seems to have shown up again sooner than I expected.

This was my first time with Zerorez. I was excited to try them. The technician was delightful and professional. However the RESULTS fell short of any other company Ive had here previously. Along the carpet's edge (where it meets tile) I can see the extraction lines and see where the tool did not go. There is clean and dirty copy outlined by where the extraction tool was used and where it wasn't.
