Loved the way my carpets looked! However the same day I had my carpets cleaned I saw on Channel 4 news there was a special if you had 3 rooms cleaned you could get a recliner cleaned for free and that was never offered to me! I am disappointed!
willingness to return and fix missed spots
carpets were cleaned well... tile grout not so well. The cleaning solution for the tile must have been splashed up on the baseboards in bath. The baseboards now have big bubbles in it where moisture has hit it. I will call and talk to you about it.

I had zerorez clean a basement room, the stairs and an area rug (ugg! they are expensive to clean) and they look great!

I will never, EVER refer anyone to this company. The ‘extras’ were unbelievably pricey. Three very small areas were treated (under 300 sq ft) and the total was almost $400. I have never in my life spent this much on carpet cleaning. Unreal.
Zerorez did a great job. I would use them again.
The urine smell in my sons bedroom (which we paid an extra $75 to remove) is still strong when you walk in the room. I was hopeful that paying the extra money would help solve the problem. I realize there may not be any fix in this situation, but I believed paying extra money would help.
I was appreciative of your willingness to please the customer. When the carpets just didn’t clean up as well as I had hoped, you returned to do another cleaning to see if it was just the worn areas of carpet that looked shaded ornif those areas might benefit from another application. The carpets ended up looking great after the second cleaning. It took only minutes and was well worth a second try. Thank you!

I called the Draper office and the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options. I received reminders and confirmations of my appointment time which was also great. Lastly, Ryan and his helper/trainee (Isnalmer?) were great in explaining the procedure and mentioning what I'd previously selected. Ryan asked if I wanted to add or change anything. I was happy I wasn't locked into my previous phone order and was able to add a few things day of.
My carpet had never been cleaned in 18 years. It's cream colored Berber and all and all wasn't in bad shape for 18 yeas. But it definitely had high traffic matting and discoloration. Your product cleaned it as best as it could and I was very happy with the outcome.
