My carpets (and bathroom tile) have never looked cleaner! We’ve had multiple companies come to clean our carpets in the past and I just thought some of the spots would never come out. Zerorez got it all! So happy with the service and the technicians who came.
They were on time, did a great clean in no time flat and didn't try to do a million add-ons...good stuff!
I had a coupon but the things I wanted to have done weren’t included. So something that I thought would be about $100 ended up being $350. And then my carpet had ridges in it when you left so I had to call on that. Then the technician said it would be dry in 4-8 hours. 16 hours later I had to call and ask about why they were still damp. You did bring me a fan to use until Monday but overall it hasn’t been a great experience.
The great job done and the tech's communication at eat step he was going thru and the status of carpet wear on out four year old carpet!

The service was on time and very friendly. I would think though that for $200 worth of tile cleaning that the edges of the tile grout would get clean too. But there are a few places at the edges that the grout is still black and dirty. Other than that, the carpets look great and dried by the end of the day.
I have never had my carpets cleaned by you before but after hearing Doug Wright advertise I thought I would try it. The young man who did the work was pleasant and helpful, carpets are clean and look good, my only complaint was that it took over 10 hours to dry. It was a rainy humid day and that would be part of the problem, however I have never had a process that soaked my carpets and I don't think that is a good thing for the wear of the carpet.
Our experience was very positive; our technician, Riley, provided a thorough cleaning and was pleasant and respectful of our space. We are pleased with the overall experience.

I was so happy with the carpet and couch cleaning I received from Zerorez! The technician helping me was friendly and thorough, making sure I was happy before he left. He was knowledgeable about what kind of cleaning would be most helpful for the type of couches we have and communicated with me to make sure I was informed. I will use Zerorez again and would recommend them to anyone!

My carpets are 19 years old. I have only had Zerorez clean them. Today they still look clean I will never trust anyone to clean my carpets. Even the area rugs I have had cleaned look like new.
The two men who cleaned my carpets yesterday did an excellent job. I have tried several companies, but the carpets have never looked as good as they do with Zerorez. I highly recommend them!
