Prompt, courteous, and efficient service! Loved the promotion with 1 room for free! Company called midday to update more precise time of arrival. Technician called when he was on his way as requested. Was efficient and very friendly. My carpets look awesome- better than they have ever looked! Dried within 6-8 hours. Didn't just go around furniture, but moved and then replaced things to their normal spot. Smells fresh and not chemically or perfumey. Thanks, technician Eric! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. I have found my new carpet cleaners! Would give them an "11" if I could!

This time the guy who did the service was especially efficient and helpful.
We paid $278.00 to have our carpets CLEANED and Protected. Our living room turned out to be a disaster. Very large 3 foot by 5 foot stain and three or four smaller ones (2 foot by 2 foot, 2 foot by 3 foot, 2 foot by 4 foot). All stains NEVER SEEN before. They came back two days later. The technician basically told us to begin with that the carpets had been cleaned a week ago and that WE got them dirty. Rude and ignorant on his part. Then he tried to say that all the dirt was in the traffic areas. Not so at all. He treated us like we were stupid. We PAID ALOT OF MONEY for THEIR (ZEROREZ) service. Horrible customer service. I called again and told them I would pay for all the house BUT NOT our living room. We DEMAND our money BACK. Crappy service and terrible customer service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ZEROREZ to anyone. I WILL however tell everyone I can NEVER to use them.
They were very efficient. They came when they were scheduled. The scheduler and technican communicated very well with me . The technician was very efficient and competent. The carpets look great!
Zerorez cleans my carpets better than any other carpet cleaning company I have used. And I really like that my carpets feel clean. No crunchy dried residue left on them.

The job done by Roy Alltop was very good. He was great. BUT, Who does the scheduling???
The appointment was for between 12 and 4. About 3 pm I got a call that he would be here between 4 and 4:30. He got here at 5:30!! To do 2 hrs more of work. I don't blame him (Roy) for arriving so late. I blame the scheduler who gave him toooo much to do in one day. If I hadn't spent so much time clearing the floor of 'smaller' items, the house being upset, I would have canceled.
Therefore, I don't know whether I would recommend Zerorez to my friends. Service was great. Scheduling rates a big fat 'zero'.

I didn’t feel that the high traffic areas cleaned up as well as I expected. There is still soil discoloration. The other carpet areas were not so bad. My main motivation for getting my carpets cleaned was to address the traffic areas, not the remainder of the carpets.
And there were only two areas that motivated me to get the clearing done. One was at the entrance to the great room, and the second was as the entrance to the bedroom, and these were relatively small areas. So, if I was asked for a recommendation I would have some concern about giving a high recommendation. However, I must admit that I don’t know how a different service might have done.
I don’t know what your “guaranteed satisfaction” agreement is.
