The services varies depending on the technician performing the job (Assuming the tools provided are the same). I was very happy with the service done a couple of years ago. This year, it didn't meet expectations even after a re-service.

My carpets look great. I had some serious pet accidents that to be dealt with. Technician explained everything he was doing. I felt it was reasonably priced for what I had done. Carpets were damp but dried in a few hours. It smells fresh again in my home. It has been a week since done and they are still fresh.

Arrived promptly. Explained process and provided total cost before beginning. Worked with me on special concerns. Was very fast. Carpet looks tremendously better, before and after pictures could have been poster child for Zerorez. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable.

The tech who cleaned our house was thorough, nice, and explained everything he was doing. We just bought a new place, and the previous owners had a couple of dogs. The difference between how the carpets had looked before versus how they looked after he finished cleaning them was very obvious. He was awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Carpet cleaning was mediocre. High priced for the quality. Competitors are doing the same quality of service for less money. Upcharge for deodorizer was $30 an area competitors are doing it for $40 total. Had to call to have the special applied. Tech was pretty friendly but not great customer service

Cleaning was done thoroughly. The drying time was short. No residue left. The technician was especially helpful and friendly and did a great job.

The product and service was wonderful. The cleaner arrived on time, evaluated everything, and did a very detailed cleaning job. He didn't waste any time and explained the process before beginning and during cleaning. He was nice, polite, and friendly. I would request Zerorez to anyone who needed carpets cleaned.
