I love everything. The young man who came was friendly and knowledgeable, did an awesome job. The carpets took longer to dry than i expected, but the result was soft, clean carpet. I didn't like that you have a $100.00 minimum, which may prevent me from using zero rez again if I don't have that much carpet to clean.

I like that the technicians wear shoe covers, and that they put corner guards throughout our home in the areas being cleaned so that the corners of our walls aren't damaged. We have ALWAYS had great technicians and Riley was no exception. He was very knowledgeable, personable & polite.

The Technician was very polite and mindful of what I wanted and expected when he did my carpets. When he was finished he made sure I was happy with what he had done and had me check all the places that I was concerned about to begin with.

There were not cleanup spots or places I had to take care of when he left. The carpets look great and they dried rather quickly.

I thought our carpet was beyond repair. Benjamin, with your specialty cleaning products, did an amazing job on our very stained and dark worn carpet. I had been ready to rip it out, but he gave it new life. Several years ago, I'd hired another company, and Benjamin got out stains that the other company could not. I want to get on an every six months' plan somehow, and have him come back and do the upstairs when we get around to moving some furniture.

First, the cleaners went to my neighbors house, not my house (the house is clearly marked with the address), then they refused to help my husband move a rug and a coffee table (I know, they aren't supposed to move anything - but other carpet cleaning services have done this) and the cleaner asked my husband a lot of irrelevant questions when all we wanted was for the carpet to be cleaned, not gather all kinds of information about us. It made my husband very uneasy, The Zerorez cleaning process is good....but sadly the service fell below expectations.

I'm not sure what the difference between Zerorez and any other carpet cleaner is. The carpets were just as soaking wet and although the carpets are cleaner, they don't look as great as I would expect. Seems like I can get the carpets just as clean as using my $120 bissell machine.

I have already recommended Zerorez to a few neighbors! The technician was very thorough and even cleaned high traffic areas 2 or 3 times for me. The carpets are so clean and the entire house feels clean and refreshing. I honestly appreciated how hard your technician worked, the affordable prices, and most importantly the results.

I very much like the “no residue”cleaning technique, especially since I have a cat and small dog that I don’t want exposed to harsh chemicals. I am also very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. During a recent cleaning, some spilled solution discolored a small area in the center of my hardwood kitchen floor by actually leaving it much cleaner than the surrounding floor. They responded to my concerns very quickly and agreed to return and clean the entire kitchen floor for free so it would all look the same again. That is a level of service that will make me a repeat customer.

Carpet looks great!

I have a 26 year old light almond carpet. I have been with one company 8 years, but the last 2 times the spots on my carpet came back within a week of using them. I then tried 2 other companies with the same results. trying zerorez, I challenged the employee to make the spots go away for at least 6 months (the amount of time between cleanings) he accepted the challenge. when completed my carpet looked new (even the entry stairs which are in continual use), it dried within 2 hours and had a soft feel. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet (it looked so bad), instead I feel I have a brand-new carpet for the price of a cleaning. THANK YOU ZEROREZ, YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC
