Timely and good service
Our technician was able to remove a stain that previous carpet cleaners couldn't.
Did a great job on both the carpet and the grout. Would highly recommend your service to anyone wanting fast, dependable and outstanding service.
There are still spots on the rug and the edges are still dirty. It took THREE days for this rug to dry out and who has 3 days for this? Probably first and last time with ZeroRez

The technicians were very friendly. They were also very informative and walked me through the process, and also gave me feedback during their cleaning process.
I also liked that the carpets were dry in a very short amount of time.
We were surprised that the initial treatment did not remove pet stains and additional expense was required. We were not informed about this in advance.

Although a little more expensive than I was expecting, I needed extra products due to the stains that were assessed in my house. The technician was very knowledgable about the types of stains and what the best soluions were and gave me tips for future stain removal. The technician was very pleasant and friendly, easy to understand and was clear on the costs and reasons for the increase in the initial cost. My carpets look great!!! I'm planning to call again for my downstairs once I get it cleared out! Thanks!!

My bedroom was stinky because of my dogs. The products used were very effective in cleaning and deoderizing my carpet. Great job!
