I always appreciate the professional attitude of the technicians who have cleaned my carpets over the years.

I also appreciate that your product is nontoxic.

I felt Zerorez representatives to be cordial and very helpful. When I registered a concern after their initial visit they sent representatives out to my home to address my concerns. They too were very cordial, and they did what they could. However, they said that the problem with the entries into the home was the lay of the knapp on the carpet, and there wasn't anything they could do. They did check it out and found that there was no residual dirt in the carpet. I have no reason to doubt their analysis. Again, they were cordial, and spent as much time as needed to address my concerns.

I was amazed that the years of traffic dirt doesn’t exist anymore on the carpet! The carpets look like they did when we had them installed. The tile that was cleaned also looks and smells so much better! We had a couple of cats that had trouble keeping to the litter box and no matter how much we cleaned the tile, we couldn’t get the smell out. It’s so much better now!

My carpets look fabulous...like new! I have already told my neighbors and they will probably use you. The job was done very quickly. My only complaint is that there were several water puddles on the laminate floors that I had to mop up.

A couple spots wouldn’t come out, and 2 new spots appeared afterwards that we had to scrub out by hand. Technician was awesome, so no real complaints.

Only carpet cleaning service that does not void the warranty!

The tech that I had wore his footies across the grass and in the road. I had to call because the tech only raked 1/2 of the carpet. He assures me that he sprayed the whole carpet with the protectant, but he didn't rake it in. According to the girl when I called, he's supposed to rake it in so the protectant gets in the carpet. When I called to get the tech to come back out, they wanted me to wait until Monday, which I couldn't do. That would have meant I had to have my furniture in my kitchen for over a week. They did accommodate me so the tech came back out Friday afternoon. He was polite!

I have only had one carpet cleaner from Zerorez that really took his time and did a great time. I had two cleaners come, and one of them was bragging how they could get in and out in less than 45 min. (this was 5 areas that they did) and when they left, I really felt like I had been ripped for the $161 that I paid.

I like the technicians, with Angelo being a particular favorite. The carpets FEEL clean and look beautiful

It was great to be able to schedule online, and get a confirmation email. Then we got a confirmation call 2 days before. And then, a call on a time frame update the day of, and another call when the tech was on his way! Our tech was super nice and courteous, and finished cleaning quickly!

We had the same guy clean our carpets twice in the past 2-3 months after two separate bathroom floods. Both times he did a great job! I'm OCD and hate having the guys working on our house after the floods walking all over our carpets with shoes and dirt. So getting our carpets cleaned feels so much better and I can just relax more. He was through both times and very friendly. We'll always use Zerorez!

Both times we’ve had our carpets cleaned by you guys the house felt so nice. The machine bumped one of our baseboards and shipped it a little bit but my has been was able to putty/paint it so I didn’t wasn’t a big deal. The technician told me he might’ve knocked some paint off with machine and I didn’t look at it after he left. Could’ve been nice to get a free hall cleaning or something.

Instead of cancelling he moved his other appts around and took 0 breaks to do everything we had requested. We are so stoked on the work and the customer service!

Carpet was very clean

I have never hired a carpet cleaner that doesn't move easily moved furniture like sofas and chairs. Was surprised to hear that is your policy. Would not hire you again for that reason.
