I feel the carpet cleaner was in and out of the house too fast to really do a good job. Also, the small master bath which has carpet wasn’t completely carpet cleaned. Nothing was cleaned around the toilet. And the carpeted floor board behind the door in the master wasn’t cleaned at all. Lots of stains still throughout the house which could have come out if done slower and not so fast!

I have always been pleased with your service but this time I had 5 spots and none of them are gone the day after my carpets were cleaned.

I was supposed to be first on the list that morning for the cleaning. Instead, he arrived over two hours past the time that was scheduled. A piece of his equipment broke and set him back almost another hour. I took off work because they said they would be there first thing in the morning. Totally took way too long and didn’t come through with what was promised.

Good value and the carpets look great. The technician called promptly as promised and was on time.

I was so impressed with how good my carpets looked. Other companies have “cleaned” them but I was not happy with the results. My carpets had some stains that i thought would never come out. Boy was I wrong! I love the look and the feel of my carpets. The technician was very professional and friendly. He kept me informed on what would be done and did not leave without my approval. Your employee was friendly and knowledgeable. My kitchen tile and grout looks as good as it did 18 years ago when we built our home. Dried fast with no residue

I was called by dispatch and told the technician was just finishing up with his previous job and would be at my house within 15-30 min. Then the technician called 10 min later to say he was on his way. He came in and ask what I was having cleaned, explained the procedure and different options then got started. He did an excellent job
