Our experience with Zerorez has been awesome! I'm always hesitant to let anyone do such a service in my home, for fear it will end up worse than before! But everything went smoothly, and such professional work! Impressive! We were met by a pleasant technician who was careful with everything, clean, and really knew his stuff! As promised, our carpets were dry within 8 hours and they now look marvelous! We will definitely use Zerorez every 6 months to keep our carpets looking great! Thank you Zerorez! -Mark

We scheduled a cleaning to remove or at least lesson the dog smell in our carpet from a previous owner. We paid the $50 extra for pet treatment. The smell was not removed and actually the smell seems worse:( I waited a few weeks to review hoping that overtime it would improve, but it hasn’t. Very disappointed. I would love if the smell could be removed or to receive the money back I paid for pet treatment.
Last time we got our carpets cleaned with a different company and they were able to get every spot out. Zerorez did acceptable work, but didn’t get every spot out.

I have used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning for several years now. My carpets always look great after they are cleaned and the guys that have come to my home to do the cleaning have always been friendly and efficient!
I had areas that I specifically wanted to be cleaned on the carpets and they did not come clean. After drying, I waked on my carpet and it felt sticky and stiff especially where the spills were that I asked to make sure they focused. I am frustrated as I went off a recommendation from tv and I got duped. I spent $118 and now I need to have someone else come in and actually get them clean. I would appreciate a refund since I am having to redo my carpet.

I got the impression that the tech just didn’t want to mess with my basement. Even after I told him just clean it best he could....no worries, he didn’t even want to try. He said because of the water damage he couldn’t do it or else the company could be sued for not doing a good enough job. I knew it looked somewhat bad but he had my permission to just do it best as possible. Not good enough.

Technician was very polite, and careful to do a good job. He also arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The carpet dried quickly with no soap residue.

The technicians were here on time, were very forthcoming about costs, and were able to add the cleaning of some area rugs, which I hadn't initially requested. They also did a good job with what they cleaned.
The two young men that came were friendly and efficient. When I pointed out a couple of areas that concerned me on our floor they went over them several times until I was happy with how it looked. They did a great job.
Everything inside the house was wonderful. Carpet is very clean. When the tech called out you rescheduled but we understand that happens. But I have a large dead spot in my lawn and three lines of dead grass from the cleaning hoses. That’s not cool.
