Technician was very thorough and gave me lots of options.
like the carpet fluffer thing - this was the first time I have seen the technician use that - and I've have you clean my carpets for a few years now.
The technician was very helpful with his information about the process, and very professional and kind to a first timer.
He was very nice, but did not take good care while dragging the hose around the corners.
And I had a coupon for a free chair cleaning that I forgot to give him. Bummer.

I liked the floor wasnt soaking wet when they left and i could put things back on the floor that night. Also you could see a difference while they were doing cleaning the caroet. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful with information on fixing problem.

I use Zerorez annually to clean my carpet. I felt the supervisor guy was a bit off putting with his tough guy approach about the carpet cleaning charges and kind of rigid in which room he had to start with in cleaning the carpet. I understand he had some personal issues going on, but don't we all? So while I feel ZeroRez does a good job carpet cleaning, this approach made me want to consider giving another carpet cleaning company a try next time. Being reasonable and fair is very important to me.
Here are the main issues with cleaning my basement apartment:
1. I have 2 bdrms, 1 hallway, which goes around a stairway that comes down from the main floor, some closets (including a storage closet with sloped ceiling under the stairs), and a living room that are carpeted in our accessory apartment. The hallway is somewhat longer than a typical hallway, and your carpet cleaning guy last year mentioned that I'd have to pay a little extra next time because of that. However, the supervisor guy who came with your technician this time told me I'd have to pay double to clean the hallway, which I thought was a little steep. He also told me I'd have to pay extra for the closet storage area under the stairs, but I have never been charged extra for that in the past. Would you please advise if he overcharged me?
2. I needed to remove a few items from the 2nd bedroom, and I also needed to clean the glass and the debris/dust underneath it on the built-in desk in the small office between the two bedrooms, as my previous tenant moved out the day before and my new tenants were moving in the very next day after you cleaned the carpet. I didn't want to walk on the wet carpet to do that later. The supervisor said they would start cleaning the carpet in the 2nd bedroom. I asked if he could be flexible and clean the Master Bedroom first instead of the 2nd bedroom, so I could finish up. Both bedrooms are on the east side of our home and both open into the same hallway that leads to the living room, which understandably would be cleaned last, as you exit the apartment from that room. He did finally listen to me., but I had to walk on the wet carpet in the office to clean the desk top's glass, because he didn't do as I'd asked and start with the Master Bedroom 1st.
3. Also, I had forgotten that I had a coupon for a discount on my carpet cleaning and mentioned that to him as we were settling up, but he did not offer to honor it, which was disappointing. Would it be possible for your guys to ask if the customer is using any coupons that day on the front end to avoid disappointments later on, or automatically, put the reward on my account, so the technician can see it the next time I clean my carpet with you, as It is highly unlikely that I would save my coupon from you for a year.

P.S. Also, often I have a small area of a room that needs to be cleaned, 3'x4', 4'x6', 4'x12' etc., but the rest of the carpet in the room is still very clean (underneath a large area rug, etc.) I would greatly appreciate it is Zero Rez would consider offering a "me too add on" "square footage carpet cleaning fee" or allow small areas like this as a loyalty or customer feedback reward. Thank you!

Have technicians kno how to measure correctly and measure twice. My tech told me a living room, which is the exact size as other living rooms in this building would count s two rooms because it was nearly 400 sq ft. I told him no one had ever said anything about the size being too large before. He finally did offer to remeasure which I agreed should be done; it was 200 sq ft. Such a frustration!!
Great result, our carpet that is 15 years old looks almost new!
We were extremely happy having Zerorez clean our carpets, and recently Zerorez sealed our granite counters. They did an excellent job doing that as well.
Drys quickly
I like the ads about no residue. I knew about this for years---when it was Venturi---and use only Zerorez.
We recommend the man who came to our house. He was very nice. However, after he used the equipment on our playroom carpet, and walked thru the vinyl floor of the dining area, it was filthy, and so was where he had been in the foyer. Would it have been shoes or the hose? I had just washed our kitchen, dining, and foyer floors about 4 days ago. They never get so dirty.
At first, when we noticed the smears, we wiped them up with damp paper towels. They were black! We wiped up a lot, but I realized that I had to wash the floors with a mop and with more than just the vinegar and water I usually use. Finally got it done a little while ago. I came to my computer while the foyer was drying and saw this "survey".

Great technician!! Riley was prompt, polite, informative and professional. We have Zerorez do our carpets all the time. Love everything about them!
Clean not chemicals
Overall I am happy with my carpets. There was a spot on the carpet that was left feeling crunchy and not as soft as the rest. I am sure there was a spill in that spot but I didn't remember to point that out to the zero Rez employee who cleaned our carpet so not sure if he missed that on cleaning. The rest of the carpet feels very clean and I love how soft it is after having zero Rez do your thing:-)
