I have a couple places I probably really needed spot treated (cuz they still smell) but the tech tried to make it more cost effective (which I appreciate) but this time might have been better to spend the extra money

He didn’t get the spots out of the carpet and he did four rooms in less then a half hour after he said it would take an hour. I feel like he rushed and didn’t try very hard.

So do so expensive! It’s like a bait and switch. The guys come after I’d worked all morning getting the floors ready and assess the dog per stains and the price went from $350 to $1500. What?! So I just had them do the stairs and one rug and eve. That was double what anyone else would do. It was a frustrating and sad experience and wasted my whole day

Absolutely loved my experience with Zerorez. The technicians were on time, professional, friendly, efficient and answered all my questions and concerns.
