I wasn't satisfied with my original cleaning, so zerorez came back and redid it, and made it right.
Very Friendly staff that come to my place and caring about my home
The guy that cleaned was great did a very good job. I know we needed some extra cleaning and it requires more product. I was purchasing a $200 service and ended up at almost $700 . There should be a stop point when the service is totaled and I would have said no more than $350 maybe 400.00 but this being the first time I had my carpets professionally cleaned I did not think it would be so expensive.

I love how nice all the people were and they would call and tell me exactly when they would be here. We moved into a house that had really dirty carpet. They got it really clean!
Although I liked your business concept in theory, in reality I felt like it didn't get all the stains out of my carpet as well as a little bit of soap might have. Your tech was perfectly workable, but applying chemicals to harder stains got them out better after he left.

Our carpet look great! Our technician was able to get out some stains that I thought wouldn't come out! The carpets dry quickly without any residue feeling.

Zerorez was so awesome and easy to work with! There was a spot that came back up and they came out to re treat. The technicians are professional and polite and always put covers over their shoes. We will use them again!
I have been having zerorez clean my carpets for a number of years. I have always been happy, and if not, they have come back and redone the area that needed attentions. This was usually because it was a pet stain. My dog vomited on the bedroom carpet which had only fairly recently been cleaned. I paid an extra $50 to have the one spot treated. The stain is still there. I called and was told that pet stains are not guaranteed. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very short which made me very upset. I have stainmaster carpet which is supposed to be easy to clean. Not at all happy. Someone is coming out next Friday to "take a look" and discuss it. What happened to fixing it. I had some pet stains down on the cream basement carpet that were not treated properly and someone came out and redid it, and perfectly, at no cost to me.

I’m unhappy with how my carpet looks. Their were a few stains I was anxious to get out, and not one was removed. There is even Jam still stuck to a portion of the carpet that I figured would immediately be removed. My parents have used Zerorez for years. I Pos nearly $600 for my service and I could not be less satisfied.
We took advantage of a promotion that was listed online, which provided us an estimate of just over $300. We knew full well that we would get "upsold" on spot treatments, which we were prepared for. What we weren't expecting was an upsell of more than double our original estimate, now totaling $742.
The upsell was for pet treatment throughout the house, primarily for upstairs (where we actually had pets). We were in the process of selling the house and listing it for sale the very next day, so we needed to have the carpets cleaned as scheduled. We felt pressure from the sale rep that it wouldn't be fully cleaned unless the pet treatment was completed all over, so we allowed the $742 based on the details the rep had discussed in that the standard treatment wouldn't treat pet smells or stains.
Lo and behold, not only did the full $742 treatment not remove the stains or the pet smells, but it made the pet smells considerably worse. The treatment surfaced up far more stains than anything, which the rep said after the fact was "high traffic areas" in the bedrooms. Again, these weren't stained beforehand - now they were. The pet treatment literally smelled so badly (despite that it didn't before the treatment) and created new stains that didn't exist before that we were forced to rip out the carpet the next morning and fully replace it in order to list our house. So not only did we pay more than double to ZeroRez, but it absolutely destroyed our carpet to the point that it had to be fully replaced at a significant cost.
My home selling agent was the one who recommended us to ZeroRez, as she does to all her clients. She contacted ZR on my behalf, and after numerous promises, was finally able to speak with the manager. On two different occasions, the manager agreed to refund us between $300 and $350 and to give us a call- yet more than a week later, we have heard nothing and certainly have never received a refund.
