I really liked the service. I feel like my carpets are clean. We have a new puppy and she did her business in a few spots and I paid for the pet care and It didn't come clean. It was actually cleaner before you came.

Seemed professional, little impact on our activities while he was here, carpets look pretty good. I think he could have gone over one heavy traffic area a couple times more. it is a small area, but one that would make a big impact.. I would i\use them again, but would call back for improvement. But, I had to leave town....
One traffic stain in the hall wasn’t cared for as well as the others. Overall the service was good, though.
Very professional people, the cleaning process was done in one hour. Carpets look great; no chemical smell or sticky residue. They were dry within hours and were soft and had a pleasant clean smell. Our technician was thorough, friendly and did a great job! We definitely will use their service again.
Something is different from the first time. Carpet isn't as soft. Took much longer to dry.
