They came to remove a cat urine stain and it didn’t come out the first time but they came back at no cost to me to get it taken care of. That is so awesome customer service!!

The young man who cleaned our carpet, I believe his name was Ben (?), gave us the impression he really did not like his job and it showed in the way he did the cleaning. We have had some very good carpet cleaners in the past. I was very disappointed in his attitude.

I think the carpets dried very quickly and look like new!! However the Zerorez van leaked oil on my driveway. He did ask if he could park in the driveway, which I appreciate. But get your vans fixed!!

On time, very professional, didn’t make marks on my walls or baseboards with their machine. It took only 45 minutes to clean 3 rooms, hallway and closet. Paid amount I was quoted over the phone.
