We have always used zerorez and loved everything about you guys!! This time we have been a bit disappointed. We recently got a couple of puppies, who have used our carpet as their place of choice to go to the bathroom, more that once (or twice). I am fully aware, and went into the process of getting our carpets cleaned, that we probably wouldn’t get all of the stains out. I even figured that we might not be able to get the smell out, but I really thought we would be able to get it out better than what the technicians were able to. I feel like they hurried through our job so fast that there was no possible way they could have gotten everything out. In times past, I have had the technician walk me through my house after to tell me about the areas he/she wasn’t able to get clean, or that were troublesome for him/her. This time they just left without a word, only for me to find out after the carpets dried that there were still stains, and that they still smelled of urine. It’s frustrating to spend money on a job that you feel is fixed just to find out later that it is not.

I think that the service and process is great ... The only caution is that it takes much longer for the carpets to dry than the 8 10 hrs you tell people ... Our carpet was cleaned 2 days ago and it still isn't dry and won't be for another day or two ......

Great service! The carpets actually look clean and they took their time and didn't do a rush job.
My carpet looks pretty close to new. Every stain that was in the carpet is no longer there. I didn't have to leave the house for a night and was able to move most of my furniture back in the same day. The representative Michael was super friendly and efficient.
Tech was great. No complaints there. The costs of pet stain treatment seems like a bit of a gouge. Overall, still very happy.

It's all in the name! Zerorez = Zero Residue left behind. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. I got notification when I made the appointment, a few days before the appointment, and I got a call when the technician was on the way. Every technician I have ever had has been very professional.
Joe was right on time. He was friendly and got right to work. Our carpets look great. They dried quickly and without any odor. We also had two recliners, a love seat and couch cleaned They turned out beautiful. Thanks again for great service.
Ensure that customer service personnel are trained to provide correct answers to customers.
Send trained, knowledgeable technicians experienced at the type of cleaning they will be performing and who can answer questions knowledgeably. The technician, John, who did the initial cleaning was not very knowledgeable about hardwood floor cleaning and claimed he had to perform a test on the floor to see if it could be cleaned. He failed to bring the alcohol to perform the test so he said he couldn't clean the floor. When we told him he needed to go get the alcohol, we had to wait for someone else to bring it to him. Even after he had me sign a damage waiver, he still refused to clean the floor. He said he had consulted other technicians and they all recommended that he not clean the floor. He was very curt and brusque, not providing much of an explanation.
I also had John clean tile and carpeted areas but I had to request that these areas be re-serviced because the carpeting had streaks and dirty spots after drying, and the tile was still dirty. I requested a different technician to come and do the re-service. Hunter seemed to be more knowledgeable and experienced with cleaning the tile and carpeting and did a much better job. I'm pleased that Zerorez did a great job on my tile and carpeting. However, I'm very displeased that Zerorez refused to clean my hardwood floor.
Ben did a great job! Very conscientious and careful with our furniture and walls. Extremely thorough and the outcome was just what I was hoping!
