I like the feel of the carpet when it's been cleaned. The walkway and spots are cleaned. The technician was efficient, friendly and thorough. He wore a mask and booties to maintain the cleanliness of the job.

Your tech did not watch out for other furniture while spot cleaning an area in our basement. Our brand new chair is dirty because the hose rubbed against the corner. The chair is an oatmeal fabric and now the corner is black. Very disappointed to have cleaning done only to need more cleaning done on a brand new piece of furniture.

The carpet downstairs was still quite damp after a day. I had moved out of the house already so wasn’t there to monitor that. I wish I would have known that that might be an issue. The people moving in the next day had damp carpet to walk on in the basement :/

True to your word, when I wasn't satisfied with the original job, you sent out a better tech to finish the job. He was thorough and curteous, and did a good job. Unfortunatel, the rust spot by the family room door returned. I don't know if there is anything that can be done about that short of putting in new carpet. Any suggestions?

I first used you guys to help me clean some tile at my father's place and I was not impressed what so ever. I decided to listen to my favorite radio host, (Doug Wright), who swears by your amazing carpet cleaning and I called you back to my home. I had my stairs, that were stained by dog urine, and I was worried that you would not clean to my expectation. Low and behold the finished product is impeccable to say the least! Odor is gone, stains are lifted and your employee was beyond professional and courteous. I am so happy I tried you out again, and am happy to report I will be calling you back. The time on drying tool over 24 hours not seven or eight as was prommised

I've now had my carpets cleaned and then had a couch cleaned by ZeroRez within the last 3 months. I first had my carpets cleaned in July or August, and I was disappointed that the carpets were very crisp and crunchy when they were all done....so much for the advertisement that there's no crunchy residue left over. My most recent appointment was to have the couch cleaned. While it did get cleaned well, the vacuum suction was so strong that it has now left suction lines/marks all over my couch that don't look very good. Disappointed.
