My carpets and furniture looked brand new after Zerorez came to my home. The two young men were clean cut and worked hard. They were fast and thorough. They also explained all possible options. I will use them again for sure!

I have yellow spots that were not in the carpet before but are there now. The carpet is only three years old and the room with the spots is seldom used.
I like how well they were friendly and kind, and how well they cleaned the carpet in each room. They did the extra pet/urine treatment. (Which was expensive!) I hope it really works. They did a really good job cleaning each room!!
It would really help me to know ahead of time that the closet cleaning is more money. And, I was surprised we needed to pay for water treatment and disposal.

Super great service! My carpets are amazing now! They were able to get out several tough stains and a blue stain of spilled laundry soap. They were great in my house: he wore a face mask and shoe covers on his feet. He was thorough with also be quick. I am very pleased with the services that I got to have my carpets cleaned.
It gets carpets clean without shampoo residue.

The carpet was very clean and did not have a soapy film to it. We liked it alot and the guy was very helpful and kind to work with. I like that he came with a mask and things on his feet. Very good experience thanks
Very friendly and did a great job.
I asked for the same things to be cleaned that you have in the past. Not only was I a little disappointed in the cost this time, but when the technician came and i showed what was to be done she informed me that the second set of stairs was not part of the invoice and it would cost me $60.00 more. I wasn’t happy with it at all. So I have had the same things clean now three different times and the price continues to fluctuate but this time was a little ridiculous that I didn’t get the same things cleaned and it would have cost me $120.00 just for stairs. Will debate on using you again.
