Quick and easy, carpet dries fast.
My carpet still smells like pee in one area and my carpet is "crunchy" in some places in my bedroom
On time, carpet looks good
David Palacios represented the Company well. He was concerned for us the customers also. We had a problem because one small inlay carpet is wool. On the phone when I made the appt. I was not asked if the carpet was wool. This is a big mistake, which I know he has several customers that are unhappy about. There is an extra charge. David gave me the owners number and I was able to express my frustrations and my needs were met.
I like your service but your pricing makes me angry. We did the radio special and ended up with a $600 bill. That's pretty good for 1.5 hours work. At this point, I'll see if others can reasonably match your cleaning. If I do call you again, it will be the special ONLY with no additional services. I could have replaced the carpet or purchased my own carpet cleaner for that price. I have nothing against making a profit, I felt you made a killing.
I like the products used, and feel that the cleaning was satisfactory.

the service was great. I could not belive how beautifully the carpets came out. The best. We had 2 red spots,one was fairly lg and others had tried to remove it. Your serviceman worked on it and tada they are GONE. Wow. I will defefinatly use Zerorez again.
I appreciated that the man who came to clean went ahead and cleaned my wool carpet for the price I heard on the radio, even though he said it cost more for wool carpet. He did a good job and was very pleasant, but sadly the stain that I really wanted out did not come clean. It surprised me because at my mothers house you were able to get a casserole, filled with butter, out of her carpet. My stain is by my couch, were people frequently sit, but I was hopeful it would come cleaner than it did.
The carpets look beautiful. I hope they will stay clean longer as was promised.
It was done in a timely manner, I could see the difference, smell it and specially compare it to another company. The gentleman who did the cleaning a year ago (for a different company) warned me before he even started that some areas would pretty much remain the same, perhaps slightly better, because the areas were totally ruined. Your guy didn't promisse or warn, he just cleaned it and it shows.
Way too much money!! to count my rooms as two and charge me $99. per room was outrageous and expensive to wait two weeks for appointment and get a phone call to confirm you call back and get put on hold for 20 min and Then the 8 to 5 time line was a big pain in the butt I called at 11 to see if they had any real idea when they would be here they said oh your window was 11 to 3 if I knew that I could of gone to work till 11 just too much money and too much time I have had just as good a job done for 1/2 what they charged.
The Technicians are courteous and knowlegable and careful. The cleaning process is superior to any we've used before.
The results were better that I expected! The technician was polite and efficient! I will never go back to ChemDry!

The Quality of the technician was excellent and time of arrival up dates were great so I could accomplish other projects. The carpet dried rather quickly so we put things away. Great experience!
Communication was excellent. Time of arrival for service was given with several phone calls. They came when they said they would. The cleaning was done quickly by a very well groomed technician. The carpet looked great. I added tile and grout cleaning after the carpets were done. The grout looked so much better.
pet treatment
I was disappointed that the technician didn't explain what he was doing. For example, I have no idea if he vaacumed or if my vaacum job was all that appened. I also expected my carpets to seem fresher. I realize there are no chemicals used to make them smell pretty, but I at least hoped that there would be lack of smell. I want things to smell clean to feel that they are clean and my carpets still smell dirty.
I was impressed with how clean the carpets looked and felt. The carpet cleaning works fabulously.
I was amazed at how easily the stains came out of my carpet,I really didn't think they would. The young man who cleaned my carpets was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the product they use. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies before and not been as satisfied. I will definitely use zerorez again and I will recommend them to family and friends.
The guy who cleaned our carpets was super helpful and great with answering all our questions and concerns. Above all I loved the great customer service.
People are very knowlegable, the carpet looks new after cleaning and I've never had a bad experience with ZeroRez. Loved Isais when he came on Friday. Was through and really went through the options.
We had a very dirty carpet and didn't think it could come clean. We heard Zerorez ad on the radio and wanted to test it out. We were amazed at what Zerorez did for our carpet. We didn't need to replace it because of neglect by renters. We were very happy!
Lower prices or better bundling to make it more affordable to clean more areas.
