Very good service and excellent technician.
The process is as good as it gets. No messes. When the cleaner leaves the carpet just needs to dry a little bit. Zerorez leaves no smell from soap or chemicals. The technician cleaners are friendly professional and do excellent work
Give me the price of the extra rooms beforehand. I was a bit shocked that I got three rooms for $69.00 and an added closet for $40.00 with another $40.00 for a small room.

My carpet looks and feels great! I hope that it lasts for a long time. Technician was very upfront and let me know cost before cleaning the carpet and couch. A little pricey for the couch but worth it since it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
Our carpets looked fresh and clean without all of the chemicals. We were especially pleased that our carpet was not saturated with too much water and that they were done in a timely manner.
when quoted 79.99 for three rooms, that should be the price.Or tell people that if you concider the rooms larger than what you must have a regulation for then that will be more money also. And one more thing! To deminstrate tile cleaning, it ought to be done in an in conspecuous place not right in a visable entry ,then told that it will be $600.00 to do the rest of the floor!the carpet was cleaned beatiful!
Everything! It's easy to book an appointment that is convenient for me, even if I need next day service. The cleaning is superior. I have never been disapointed. The service people have always been polite, helpful, and professional. I have been a customer for over 6 years.
When we remarked that the price seemed excessive, suddenly your representative offered a whole new pricing scheme to significantly lower the cost, which made us wonder what would have happened had we not complained. The whole process struck us as sleazy and unprofessional, and we will definitely not be using your service.

Everything was great as usual in the rooms we had done. One area was very small so we asked if the tech could go over some stairs. He said not a problem. After he left I noticed a dirt mark on just about every riser. Most dried that was too. I don't think too many people will notice, but I see it every time I go up the stairs. I'm not sure if he just went too quickly since it was a favor to us or if this is how stairs are usually done. Hmmm.
When the carpet was wet it looked grerat, when it dried there was several spots that did not come out.
On schedule, prompt and thorough.
