It would have been nice when I booked the cleaning that I had been told about pet urine stains being extra and the options I would have. I felt like I had to make a split second decision about the pet urine stains and that was the reason I was having the carpets cleaned. I just felt like I had planned on spending $70.00 and ended up spending $250.00. It was a bit of a sticker shock.

I Iove that zerorez uses no chemicals. I have a newly mobile baby do it is safe for her. However, they had to use the portable machine since I live in a condo and it has taken a long time to dry.

How Zerorez cleans
have the people taking the calls give a more accurate time frame. They told me 3 hours max with how big my house was I doubted it. It took them from 9am-5pm. So either send more people out to do a bigger job or give better time quotes.
It was actually clean and felt clean. The carpet dried fast. Looking forward to zerorex for any future needs.
Zerorez gets results. I love the guarantee - they've been able to clean areas other companies couldn't. I also love the cleaning with no residue idea. It seems to really work!
Zero Rez did an amazing job on our dirty carpets. The service technician went above and beyond his regular service. We have already recommended Zero Rez to our friends.
Make sure you give the estimate up front. We thought we had three areas for $69.00
(a large room over 200 sq ft=2 areas, and an area rug=1 area). When we got the bill, the area rug did not count as one area--it was $72 extra. If we would have known that up front, we might not have had the area rug cleaned (we could almost have bought a new one for the price we had to pay to have it cleaned) And we could have quickly cleared out another room to get the 3 areas for $69.
I like the fact that there is no soap residue left behind. It has been 1 1/2 weeks since my carpets were cleaned and they still look better than they ever have immediately following a steam cleaning.
Other than a few spots, our carpet looks very clean.

Your service representitives spent the time needed to get as much soil and stains out of the carpet.
We had our cleaning window set for Monday from 3-6 pm. I received a call at 4:00 saying that the tech had 1 1/2 hours left on his current job and would then be over. That was fine. At 5:30, when he was supposed to be coming, I received another call saying that the clients added more work and he would still be 35 minutes until he finished (which put him out of my time window, even without travel time). I told the dispatcher I thought that was unprofessional to add more work to another job when it threw them off of my scheduled time. I think that client should have scheduled another time if it caused them to be late to my job. Then they called again around 5:55 and said that the tech still had 20 minutes and would then travel to my home. I was pretty upset by this point because I have small children to put to bed, and I had a lot of cleaning to happen. They kept changing the time later and later. The tech finally arrived at 6:45 and wasn't even the one who was supposed to be there originally! But Zerorez comped me a hallway and a landing, so I was okay with it. He left about 8:15. Luckily my baby was able to go to sleep even with all the noise.
I had a second day scheduled for Wednesday, and I received my confirmation with my window time of 8-11 am. I was happy to hear this because I figured I must be first on the list, so they shouldn't be late this time. The downside was that I had to get up early to get all the furniture moved and the carpets vacuumed by 8:00, so that I would be all ready. 11:00 am came and went, and I still hadn't heard a word. I called Zerorez at ten after 11 and was told that my cleaning was set for 3-6. I was not happy to hear this, since I had been told 8-11 and had gotten up early and planned my day around this time. The dispatcher didn't even apologize at first- just assumed that I was mistaken, which I was NOT. I even had the time written on my calendar. Then the dispatcher apologized and tried to find someone who could come earlier. However, the tech she found couldn't be there for about an hour, and I had to put my baby down for a nap in one of the rooms to be cleaned, so I had to wait until the 3-6 time period. So basically, this cleaning took up my whole day. I was extremely frustrated. The tech came on time this time and we disagreed about room areas so I told him that I thought I should get the extra room that he wanted to charge for free because of all the crap I'd dealt with TWO times in one week. He worked it out, which was nice, but I don't think I'll use Zerorez again because they are so inconsistent and unreliable.
If I am given a three hour time window, I expect that to be met. I don't want any of my friends to have to deal with this, so I will not recommend Zerorez, and may even warn them away. I appreciate Zerorez's attempts to appease me- if it had only been one time, I would have been understanding, but to have both of my appointments be so disappointing was extremely frustrating and shows something about a company. The quality of the cleaning was fine and the techs were both very friendly. I do like the fast dry time. I wish I could have had a better experience so I didn't have to give a negative review. I don't know that I want to take the chance of a repeat experience by giving Zerorez another try. Please work on your scheduling and don't give us the runaround. And don't ever make the client feel that they are responsible for a mistake that was on your end. Just apologize and ask what you can do to make it up!
It is too soon to tell. It appears that the process uses steam, without any detergents. It sounds logical that there will be no residues left behind.
All carpets look great the first few days after being cleaned. However, I am withholding all judgment until a few weeks have gone by. Then I will be able to evaluate whether or not your method is any better --- or stays clean any longer than other methods.
I was very pleased. The tech went over my carpet twice because it was so dirty. The end product was amazing. The floors were dry in six hours and they look great. I will definately use ZEROREZ again. I have already told several people to call you guys when they need carpets cleaned.

clean better than any service I have had before. Dry in a couple of hours. Service man was very thorough, checked his work before leaving. Came early after calling to see if it was alright. Did alot of spotting and got everything looking great. Appreciated the discount special. I have used Zerorez before and will use it again!
