Overall we were very pleased with the service we received. There are only 2 complaints we have. A lot of water was left on the tile after the carpets were cleaned and we had to mop it up ourselves. They were careful to get it up when it was next to a wood floor, but not next to the tile and it was a lot of water. Also, the hoses they stretched across the lawn and into the house left burn marks on the lawn. In time that will go away, but it is really too bad the damage happened. As far as the carpets, they look great!

The technician was very nice and did a good job. My carpets changed from gray to mauve.
Although they didn't dry as quickly as was advertized, they were completely dry in 24
hours. They are wet for three days with some companies.

I paid to have the pet odor removed in an area in my home and I still have some residual smell and white powder that was left behind. Clemente was so nice and helpful. I paid for the service where we replaced the pad and cleaned both sides of the carpet and I thought that it would be better than It was. I would appreciate your feedback if there is anything else that could have been done.

We've never had our carpets professionally cleaned. After Zerorez they look almost like new and feel great. I didn't think they'd get that clean. The Technician was friendly, courteous, and did a good job.

You left 2 big spots on my lawn and a big line with the chemicals you use. I pay $90.00 extra to treat some pet urin and the smell is worse. Paid $220.00 to clean 14 steps and 1 small living room, after hearing over KSL your price for $90.00. Not pleased at all. What can you do? I don't know

2 recent rust spots did not come up. We had the carpet tacked down but there were still bumps in it.

The technician was later than the estimated late arrival. He was polite enough but seemed to hurry through the job because he was running behind. Toward the end of my carpet cleaning, the technician convinced me that I should add an $80 ScotchGuard treatment. I paid him, and then my husband and I both had to leave for separate obligations, leaving him to finish cleaning and then treat the carpet. When my husband got down the road, he realized he'd forgotten something and turned around. He arrived home within ten minutes of leaving, and the technician was gone. I was concerned about a possible pet odor from a previous tenant's cats, but the tech said he couldn't detect it. The smell is worse since having the carpets cleaned. I like the technology you use, but the service was disappointing, and I feel that the $80 ScotchGuard treatment is a rip-off.

You do just about everything. I love that my carpets have no residue, and your technicians are quick, thorough, and efficient. They let you know what they offer with no pressure to buy.

1. My carpet is cleaner than it has been in years. I had one carpet company tell me it was too old and dirty to ever come clean. It now looks and feels new. And everything smells fresh and clean. 2.I forgot and walked on my carpet when it was still wet. I did not stick to the Last name removed floor when I walked on it after walking on the wet carpet. 3.My technician took the time to address all my concerns. He wasn't trying to see how many jobs he could get done in one day. My technician was cleancut, friendly, and worked hard. He went out of his way to insure that no damage was done to my paint, furniture etc. His name is Trevor and I recommend him highly.

I had a really strong pet odor that was 100% taken care of. I walked down to my basement the evening that my carpets were cleaned and I was so happy! No more pet odor smell! It was like my basement was brand new again! The zerorez associate was on time. He took care of my concerns!

I like the concept - zero residue, no shampoos. Our carpets looked great, and I felt like it was the right company to have clean our carpets due to what Zerorez says about how they clean carpets ("the right way to clean"). The technician was very knowledgable about the product, and about what makes them different.

No soap means that there is nothing left in the carpet which means that they stay clean longer because there is nothing for the dirt to cling to. It costs a little bit more than an average carpet cleaning but it lasts longer so I think it's worth it!
