You guys got my carpet cleaner than any other cleaner i have used before. When you leave I know my carpets are clean. I tried others but they just are not as good as you!
My carpets stayed wet for much longer than I had anticipated. Your employee left at 3:00 PM and I could not move my furniture back in the room until the following morning. Even then, the carpet was slightly damp in places. Since both my living areas and bedroom were cleaned (as well as my furniture) we felt displaced with nowhere to go. But your guy did a good job cleaning, and things look and smell much better.
Prompt and quality service. Our 17 year old white carpet looked practically new again.

Keep the appointment (I was told it would be between 8am and noon initially and that I would be notified 2 days in advance of a closer time estimate. I receive no further notification until I call at noon on the day of the appointment to see where my technician was and told my time was scheduled from 1 to 5 pm and that it would be closer to 5pm. The technician arrived soon after 5pm but didn't finish until after 8pm. I was told it would dry in 4 hours. I checked it at noon the next day and it was still damp. I put fans on it and it was dry by the evening. There were some high traffic areas that still showed soil.
Very friendly and get the job done correctly the first time! I know when your company comes, whether it's to clean my vents or my carpets, it will be done right!
