It didn"t leave as smell. The spots all seam to come up. I have not seen the carpet since it dried. I will check it out as soon as I can.

I could use more than 48 hours notice on the time window. I work with rental properties and it takes a while to contact my tenants to see if they'll be home. 48 hours isn't much notice if they can't do it and I need to reschedule.
Your scheduling process stinks. Most companies I have dealt with give a window of time the technician will arrive. All of them are at the front end of the window. Your technicians arrived at my home 30 mintes late. Apparently your policy allows custoemrs to add on additional work. That is great for the first customer on your schedule for the day but really sucks for those later on. When I make an appointment I expectd to be able to choose the day and time that I can get the work done. I received multuiple calls from your staff telling me that the technicians would be delayed30 minutes to an hour. This was very frustrating. Also, I am not convinced that your cleaning job is any better than your competitors. Stains still remain. I guess time will tell on that. I was told to allow 6 hours for drying time. The carpets were not dry until 18 hours later. I am not impressed.
At the time of our appointment (and when the tile was still wet) everything looked great. Though the technician thought he would need to come back and redue the downstairs, after everyhing dried, the downstairs looks dirtier than it was before they got there. I have scheduled for them to come back out. The upstairs looks good but there are some details that was totally missed. If you look on the tile there is no sealant used close to the walls and looks very dirty.
The stairs were done and they did a really good job with that.
No residue, using only steam to clean. Friendly, helpful, informative and professional technician. The discount from the radio. Clean carpets, no smells. Thank you, I am very impressed.
Great service. The tech was very knowlable and answered lots of questions about cleaning and carpet care. I like that you dont use chemicals.
After the the first two failed attempts at getting our carpets cleaned correctly the service that we initially needed was done succesfully. I felt pushed into the service because I wanted a refund of part of my money which I was obviously not going to recieve. I don't think I would ever recommend zerorez to anyone from the experience I had.

I love how great my carpet looked immediately. I didn't have to wait for the water to dry to see the difference.
The difference in the carpet being cleaned compared to any other company we've used was amazing. No chemicals being used = no flare ups for our daughter with her asthma or my husband's allergies.

Technician's were very friendly and did a great job. I do have a carpet runner that had some oil stains that did not clean up. In the future I will spot clean those before I have someone come out and then hopefully they will come clean. Other than that the floors look great and were dry with in about 3 hours.
Good service and my carpet gets very clean and stays that way longer than with other methods.

I called to reschedule an airduct to be cleaned because the vent was put back completely filthy, so I assumed it was just over-looked and not cleaned, but when Zerorez got here, they said it had been cleaned. Just surprised me with how much you charge per airduct, they can't wipe down the dusty vents? And also, I ordered the furnace filters on Oct. 3rd, was told they would be here within 10 day, today is the 19th and still no filter.
That you don't use harsh chemicals and it dried by next morning.

The carpet appears clean, but, more importantly, the dirt doesn't seem to come back in traffic areas as it so often does with other products.
My carpet stays cleaner much longer. When I have used other services, it is not long before I start seeing traffic lines and dirt adheres in those areas. My carpet just looks much better!

Damaged travertine floors, and left footprints on our wood floors. The company is trying to make it right.
"golf clothing". It's been about 16 days since i mailed you my clothing order, and I go out to the mailbox each late afternoon, hoping "today" will be the day that my clothes will finally come, but still nothing has shown up. Our elderly mother is passing away at home, and being permanently disabled, myself, I can't really leave her alone for circa three hours to come down here on the bus to use their internet at the genealogical library to see what happened to my clothing order. Could you kindly "snail-mail' me and let me know what happened? Guy, our postman of 13 years, says he honestly hasn't seen anything come from you, and I literally gave away all of my good clothes to Salvation Army, etc., thinking I would immediately have your excellent clothing to wear.

It is clean and I don't feel the soapy film on my bare feet. The gentleman who did out home could not of been better. I would recommend him to anyone.
Our technicial was excellent and stood by the price quoted on the phone. Our carpets look new again and we are thrilled with the results.
No residue. Clean lasts longer. Jarom made sure that I was completely satisfied with the job. He has helped me several times and has made sure my concerns were addressed and problems solved to the best of his ability.
