outstanding results - great service and kind service techs
Quick, did a great job, friendly, knowledgable.
My carpet is 10+ years old and has only been professionally cleaned (if that's what other company wants to call it) once in our time since owning it. Zerorez took out so much of the filth that I don't feel in such a hurry to have it replaced. No soap residue is the ONLY way to go and the specials made it cheaper than the soap-using competitors. The carpet dried quickly and looks and feels great! I'll definitely have them back!
After some internet research we ultimately chose Zerorez because of the naturally clean, quick drying process used. The company's prompt response to our service request was great and the technician Jarom Durfey was friendly, professional and very efficient.
We also appreciated that Jarom didn't waste our time trying to up sell every other service offered by the company as had been our experience using Stanley Steemer in our previous home.
I liked the guy who came. I like having a clean rug. Good job! Although pricy, I'd probably call you again.

When your first representative came had he been able to finish the job, I would not have recommended your company. Due to his faulty machine another representative came. He was very professional unlike the first. His name was Jarom. He went beyond what was asked to make sure we were satisfied. His attitude and explanation of the process and your "green" products were wonderful.
I thought is was expensive but they did a good job and I would use you again.

The carpet seemed brighter and fluffy after it had a day to dry.

Abitlity to book within the day or week. The carpets look, feel and Smell clean. And of course the Price. Very easy to work with.
They showed up on time, did the job quickly, and the carpet looks great. However, they did miss the two small (1/4") paint drops we pointed out.
