Very friendly technicians. Carpet was almost dry by the end of the day. Very fresh smell and carpets are very clean. I would use your company again. Will schedule around mid. December.
I had to have them come re-clean a couple parts of my carpet that were not cleaned the first time
After carpet dried,it did not look as clean. there were still a couple of areas with spots of color or dirt.

The spot cleaner removed tough stains--the carpet looked like new when the service was completed. The serviceman did more than was requested of him. He went the extra mile.

Amazing customer service! Did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and they were very thorough. I felt that they were genuinely interested in making sure I was happy, not just getting the job done and getting out. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

The service technitions were able to remove a stain from our carpet from the Ivory Home builders 9 years ago. We tried most store bought stain removers and nothing worked. We were very happy with the results of the cleaning. I wasn't very happy with the large hole left in my wall after they knocked down a wall hanging with their cleaning hose, but the sheetrock will repair.

My main concern was a pet odor that I wanted removed.....it is still in the carpet.
