Clean spots better

Mitch did a great job and was very knowledgeable about my carpet and my chair cushions. I really appreciated the wonderful job he did. With the little more expensive protectant, my carpets look better than they have for a long time. Making an appointment over the internet was really easy and the company kept me apprised of when they would get to my house. Thank you.

I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez, Saturday November 28th. They do such a great job, it always looks so nice when they finish~! The tech(Ryan) came early and was very efficient, and went right to work, prespotting my carpet. Then went to work cleaning the carpets. He answered my questions, and went over a spot I asked him too. He was fast, and careful as he cleaned his way out of my house. I would give Ryan a "10" if I we're on a point schedule~!! Thanks so much Zerorez~! See you next time~!!!

Better online scheduler and estimator. If you want 1 room done with the top of the line pet treatment that is over $100, it won’t let you schedule it though.

The technician who came out was very professional and quick at his work.

We have always appreciated the work Zerorez has done for us and if we did have a need, they were quick to respond and fix whatever we needed. Their work is fabulous and we use them every time!

The services vary wildly from tech to tech. This tech was one of the most thorough but very expensive. I told him to look at my previous charges (I get my carpets cleaned all the time). He charged twice as much for the same service. I'm just not sure it is worth the crazy cost.

My carpet stays cleaner longer with zero Rez than any other company I’ve used

The service technician was on time. He went about his work and did a thorough job. When he finished, the carpets looked like new! Like the advertisements state, no residue is left behind and the carpets dry soft and clean.
