Find a way to get extrememly deep set stains out... but that would be more difficult.

I was very happy with the cleaning and gave all high marks. But if I had been disatisfied with the work it would have been uncomfortable to give low ratings. I would suggest the survey come after the work so it could be filled out with confidentiallity and complete honesty.
I called because over one weekend of us being gone, my dog urinated in my house because our neighbor didn't let him out soon enough. Therefore I know it wasn't an issue that happened over a long period of time. We couldn't see where he had gone, but we could smell it. You came and cleaned my carpets once and it didn't help. I called and they came back and treated it again, but it still has not fixed the problem at all. In fact, it honestly seems like it got worse after you treated it. Mitchell (the young man who came) was amazingly nice and easy to work with. It just seems like whatever product you use didn't work on my carpet. My house smells like pee and I am dying! I spent $100 to just to get the urine smell out as my carpets weren't dirty at all. They look great, but smell like pee!!

Your carpet cleaner, Juan, did an excellent job of cleaning our very dirty carpets. I liked his demonstration on how your empowered water works. He was very considerate of the renters, the furniture, and where he placed his truck on the street. He had some good suggestions on how we might keep our carpets clean longer with an additional sprays and air duct cleaning. I plan on using your service again on another project in the near future!
The small rug they took out to be cleaned for us took a month to be returned . You should have better follow up with yourcostoners

Efficient, thorough, extra mile.
The technician did an excellent job in the traffic areas. He even got up a stain from meat juice that had been in the carpet for awhile. But he didn't move the chairs or ottoman by the couch and there are soiled areas around the couch that I was hoping he would get. For what I paid I don't feel like I got my money's worth. If I'd known that I needed to move all the furniture I would have done that. But when he came I was at work and my sister who was there didn't watch what he was doing. She had to move a table and a couple of chairs in the TV room upstairs or he wouldn't have done anything but the traffic area. When I've had other companies clean my carpet they take the time to move furniture and then put protection under the feet of the table or couch so it can be put back into place. We had to leave the chairs and table that were moved on the kitchen floor until the carpet dried later that night. These complaints are not necessarily a big deal but it's the little things that mean a lot to me. I thought about calling but I'm not one to make a fuss I will just remember that I have to be very specific and move my own furniture if I decide to use your company again.
