One of the positive aspects of Zerorez is the ability to make an appointment at what ever time is convenient for us, and then change it if something comes up as a conflict.
We also like that there are no chemicals used on our carpet. It looks just like new!!
Zerorez was quick, and were able to remove all the spots on my carpets - they look like new! The service also removed the pet odor. It's the best carpet cleaning service I've ever had done.

The carpets were cleaned very nicely. I was impressed with the representative. I just don't know if it was worth the cost. The stairs were a little too expensive.
Give the best price right off the bat. We were quoted an $89 special, but that afternoon my husband heard a radio ad for $79. It makes you feel like you are trying to be taken advantage of.

You are the only company that truly could clean my carpet. I had some areas that had a very dirty part and I had other companies try to clean only to hear that it could not be done. I was skeptical because of my fast history and to my dispolief it came clean like new carpet. I was very happy. However, it did take an extra trip back to clean the area because it did not get rinsed the firs time. But none the less,the out come was wonderful. When i called about the area that did not get rinsed all the way, your people was very helpful and trying to make things right. I will highly recommend your services. I am very grateful to you thinking the only alternative for me was to get new carpet and now I don't have to. Thanks again.
My high expectations of Zerorez product as advertised via radio were dashed. I expected to be thrilled by the new zerorez technology and all that it does to revolutionize carpet cleaning. Not much different than conventional carpet cleaning in my opinion.
The carpet cleaning seems fine. The two spots that we asked to be cleaned were remove but I am not sure for how long. This is always my question. The one room that was done seems cleaner.
I responded to the radio ad that claims "a three-room cleaning for $69." Once I booked the cleaning, I was told that stairs were not included. So the rep decided to charge me for 1/3 of the special ($69) which was generous and $5/stair for a total of $86. I agreed.
When the tech arrived he said that he would have to charge me for two rooms due to the size of the area. If there was a size limit to a room, then that should have been disclosed before I made the decision to schedule a cleaning. After the cleaning was done, the tech said that he could have gotten the carpet cleaner if he used some brush action, but that would have costed more. Not sure if Zerorez is more interested in cleaning carpets or individuals' bank accounts.
What can you do to fix it? Either send out a disclosure form along with a confirmation e-mail explaining what the "Special" includes or have the rep disclose such info over the phone. Full disclosures go along way with individuals who are skeptical about purchasing services.
Spoke to make appt, told them need 8 room clean for $200 (current special 4 room $99) . Lady nice and said ok but tech did only 4

They do a good thorough job and all of the stains, residue and dirt were removed from the carpet. The carpet stays clean after the cleaning service.
Good Price Friendly Service - good job cleaning
I kind of wish I'd been offered the option of more extensive pet stain removal.
This was the first time I used your services. The guys did a very good job. I did not expect them to be able to move couches, but I did not know that the recliner couches couldn't be cleaned under at all. I thought they could be cleaned under and set up on foam...I understand now that they have metal all along the bottom of them, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I had no way to move them when your guys showed up.
Cleaned my tile and grout very well and did a great job on the carpet. I can't see the air ducts, but assume those were done great as well.
The no residue factor.
I was told that I would get a phone call 30 minutes before you arrived and while you did arrive during the time window scheduled, I did not get a phone call. We were mostly ready, but I have two small children (ages 1 and 3), and I was counting on that phone call as a warning to do the last minute clean up and moving the last few things I needed off the carpet. Instead I was scrambling to do what I needed because I didn't get that warning. I was also disappointed in the drying time. When I called to make my appointment, the woman I talked to said the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours. The technician told me 2-8 hours. Well, it took over 24 hours for my carpet to be dry enough to move the furniture back. With the time slot they came to clean, that means my living room furniture was in my kitchen for 2 whole days! That was inconvenient to say the least. It has been almost 2 full days since my cleaning and there are still wet spots that I've had to arrange my furniture around because I couldn't stand it in the kitchen anymore! I'm not usually one to complain, but I had high expectations for your service and was disappointed. The carpets look fine and the job got done, but your customer service really failed.
It was fast to have the process done in my home and the end results are great!
No REZ. You do a good job of getting out stains.
I liked the fact that Zerorez does not bring harmful chemicals into my home. I was impressed by the technician who came to my home, he was very knowledgeable, and excited about his company.
