My stained 7 year old carpet looks brand new and was dry quickly!
Broch worked very hard to make sure the carpet and sofas were done well and thoroughly.
The service was excellent and the carpet was really clean. The only thing was that the carpet was really wet and I had to run a big fan on it for a couple of days.
Quick dry time, quick appointment time.
How well the carpet comes out looking and that there are no chemicals left behind. The customer service is always nice and prfessional and it is like they are not in a hurray to get done they take time to get the job done right!

The carpet was cleaned so well and looks wonderful. I really like the fact that no residue remains in my carpet. ZeroRez was able to get out stains that other cleaners hadn't been able to remove and the price was much less.
It's only been a few days and I want to wait for several weeks to decide how completely satisfied I am.

WE HAD OUR CARPETS CLEANED BY ZEROEZ THE FRIDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS BECAUSE OUR FAMILY TRADITION IS TO GATHER HERE EACH YEAR. I PROCRASTINATED AND WAS CONCERNED THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET TO US ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE, BUT THEY DID! THE TECH, I BELIEVE IT WAS JARED WAS ON TIME, KIND AND SOCIABLE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE ZEROEZ PROCESS AND WHY IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS. OTHER PROCESSES SEEM TO ATTRACT DIRT BACK TO THE CARPET QUICKLY BUT WITH ZEROREZ IT'S 3 - 4 WEEKS AND A LOT OF TRAFFIC LATER AND IT STILL LOOKS GREAT! THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE TOO. GREAT VALUE!
Green approach; no chemicals or detergents that remain on the carpet as dirt magnets. Technician was good at explaining the process and answering my questions.
Jarom was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was quite amazed at how the process works, which he explained in an easy-to-understand way. Although our carpets don't get a lot of wear and visible dirt, they looked beautiful after Jarom was finished. The price was great, and everything was very satisfactory. Thank you.
The service man was very personable. He also did a great job of estimating how much time it would take, I really appreciated it. I also like that my house didn't smell like chemicals after.
I was disappointed when I realized that the good deal I was geting at $60. turned into $145. I think that the service could have been less expensive. I took up all my shoes
so the gentlemen could clean under the dresser and this was not done. The living room and two bedrooms were what he said he could do for the special. I wanted the hallway done too and the stairs. He said for $20 he could do the hallway and for $65 the stairs. But if I wanted to have the protecten on he would throw that in free if I paid for the stairs. It wasn't until after he left that I realized that all he did was go along the side of the beds and at the ends. The one closet and the hall and stairs. Since he didn't do the area where the furiture was in the living room and the under the dresser I wonder if I really got my 200 sq. ft. special. Other then this the cartpet that was done looked good.
The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and my carpets looked and felt great.
I have patronized zerorez in the past (1.5 years ago) During that visit the carpets were cleaned beyond my expectations. This time the carpets were cleaned sub-par at best. I dont plan on revisiting zerorez at this rate.

I like the original big powerful trucks that suck the carpets clean and dry. I also like that there is no soap to leave a residue.
The serviceman called and was on time for the cleaning which was appreciated. He was also very polite- his name is Kiyan. However, there was a spot by the back door that dried yellow brown. My appt was on Thursday, Dec 29th. I called on Dec 30th to report the spot by the back door I'm sure this was a very busy day for you, but I waited in like to talk to someone, and when the call was answered, I was ask to hold a minute. I waited 5 minutes then hung up I called back later and the girl said she would take my number and call me back which she did not do. I then called on January 3rd and set an sppointment for January 4th. The pre-call said they would set me up for 3 to 6 pm. At 6:00 pm I had to leave and not one had called or come. I received a phone message a 6:10 that stated there was a mix up with the technician. I called the next morning and set up a second appt. The technicial did come the second time and cleaned the spot of concern.
With your follow up visit, Daniel was able to address the not so clean areas left by Andrew on the first visit.
