The product worked really well. Our carpets look great. The technicians were friendly and professional.

One berber-type (?spelling) carpet was left with significant blotchy dirt stain. I wonder if it might be reasonable for difficult soiling problems for Zerorez to actually use a detergent type agent and then follow that with the usual pH 10 water to remove the detergent "rez." Just a thought.

The carpet looked great and the technician was friendly and accomodating when I asked him to try going over a heavy traffic area one more time.

Carpet cleaner than any company we have used. We like Juan, the service tech very much. He gave outstanding customer service.

The carpets look great, but the price was more than we expected. The walk-in closet we did not have you clean because it was too expensive to do it where as it made no difference how tiny two of our bedrooms really are. I am still not sure we were charged the promotional fee we responded to on KSL. It seemed more than I expected.

The service was great and he was kind enough to treat the carpet for pet urine at no charge. Very professional and helpful.

Extract more water. Carpets were saturated, not just damp, for 7 hours after cleaning. Then I went to bed. Had fans blowing also. The next morning most was dry except areas without fans. It does smell better tho.

There is no residue and carpet dried rather quickly.

I was very disappointed about the status of when the technicians were going to show up. I was never told what time of the day, and every time I got an update it was always for 2 hours later. I waited all day until about 4:00 when they showed up.

They did do a great job.

Mitchell was on time which is hugely important for my business. The work was very good and he groomed the carpet afterwards which made a big difference in the appearance.

Advertising expressed more capability than what is actual. The technician, though friendly, smelled of cigarette smoke. Was told by the technician that "I'm just spraying hot water and sucking it up." This statement all but removed any confidence we had left in Zerorez at that point. The only reason I kept my other appointments was because I'd already purchased gift certificates.

The online quote and the price that was charged were substantially different

I do have a blood spot that never came out and am a little disappointed in that. The rest of the carpet looks great...wonderful...really nice. Yes, I will have you back.
