Actually your guy showed up 1 1/2 hours late. I was not very happy about that! He gave mea free spot cleaning kit. He was very nice and I really liked the job he did on my carpet. It was dry in just a few hours, as he promised. Yes, I'll use you again!

I understand there are no chemicals and soaps in this carpet cleaning process. Naturally there would be no residue like in other commercial carpet cleaners.

The carpets turned out nice, and there was no perfume smell. The driver came on time and got the job done without wasting any time.

I didn't mind that parts of my carpet had to be recleaned for stains in the carpet pad that came up to the carpet. Looking at the carpet after it dried, I don't think the recleaning was successful. It could be that the carpet gets so wet, it causes more of the stains to surface. I was left with some cleaner and will apply it to those spots.

I do question of the carpet should be so wet that it takes 2-3 days to dry in an area that gets a lot of heat from the sun, as well as the outdoor temperature being high.

My technician, Charles, was very careful and conscientious about his work.

I already have neighbors interested in doing their carpets since my carpets were done so well.

We had Zerorez clean our carpets at our previous residence and our carpets stayed clean. My mother had her carpet cleaned once by Stanley Steamer and felt like shortly after it was cleaned it became dirty again. So this time we told her we would pay to have her carpets cleaned by Zerorez because we knew they would stay clean.

I like that you don't leave soapy residue or harsh chemicals on my floors!!

Was a little surprised when I was told if there are pet stains they would show up after treatment or smell bad unless I used the pet treatment. Hate the surprise added expense. What other choice do you have than to add the pet treatment if my house will stink?
